Directions For Use
  • Form surfaces should be dry and free of concrete build-up prior to application.
  • No dilution or mixing is required prior to application.
  • Apply by conventional or airless spraying equipment, rollers, mops, wipe-on, or any other suitable method.
  • Over application cannot occur. Apply liberally.
  • Allow to set for minimum of 15 minutes (For best results, wait 24 hours prior to using equipment).

Note: If using as a release agent, dilute 1:10 with a VOC compliant diluent for use on all types of pallets or forms. Note: When using aluminum forms, the forms must be conditioned prior to seasoning. When polished aluminum is exposed to fresh concrete, a reaction takes place that releases hydrogen gas. This gas creates wormholes in the first few pours. Once the aluminum is conditioned, the surface will appear matted (the shiny appearance will disappear). Additionally, the reaction of KreteRelease 435 with aluminum is considerably slower than with mild steel or gray iron. It is typical to have some build-up on aluminum forms, but seasoning will help to reduce the amount of build-up in future pours.
