ASTRO-CLEAN

ASTRO-CLEAN A is a low foam alkaline cleaner designed to remove process oils, grease, swarf, normal shop soils, and gummy deposits of oil from machine tools, floors, and other hard surfaces. It combines organic and mineral alkalinity builders, detergents, water conditioners, and deodorizers for optimum performance. Additionally, this product contains special additives that are designed to penetrate deep into compacted chips and swarf, and render the machine bacteria and fungus neutral. There is no concern about operator discomfort throughout the 24-hour cleaning cycle as it is mild enough on the skin.

ASTRO-CLEAN D is a high-performance, mild, alkaline, clear blue liquid cleaner designed to be diluted with water for a variety of cleaning operations. It is designed primarily for use in spray washers and agitated tanks. This product removes shop soils, coolants, and emulsifiable oils and is safe on all surfaces.

ASTRO-CLEAN E is a biodegradable, user-friendly, citrus solvent degreaser that replaces mineral spirits and chlorinated solvents for the removal of oily soils. Natural citrus solvents, emulsifiers, and detergents are present in this product. It is water extendable, safe on all metals, and works effectively at room temperature as well as when heated up to 150°F. When diluted at a 1:10 ratio, it actively inhibits corrosion and rust.

ASTRO-CLEAN FLOOR is a high-performance, water-extendable, liquid cleaner concentrate designed for use in powered scrubber floor cleaning systems and equipment. It may also be used in a wide variety of other cleaning operations. This product appears as a clear blue liquid, is safe for all surfaces and the oils are conveniently split for secure disposal.

ASTRO-CLEAN FSC is a fast-acting, deep-penetrating, liquid alkaline, general maintenance floor cleaner that provides outstanding performance in various cleaning applications. It is a clear blue liquid that is used as received for removing rubber tire marks and tough shop soils. For less demanding applications like auto scrubbers, agitated cleaner tanks, or manual cleaning operations, this product can be diluted in water.
