MONROE CUT 150 EPS is a chlorine-free cutting oil designed for use in screw machine applications or other machining applications that require the use of medium viscosity neat cutting oils. It is formulated using additives to provide a clean and efficient operating environment, compared to traditional sulfurized cutting oils.

MONROE CUT 160 SF is an amber-colored, general-purpose cutting and grinding oil designed for use in screw machines or other machining applications that require the use of neat cutting oils. This product can be used to machine the most difficult metals. It is formulated without the use of chlorinated additives, making it especially suited for machining titanium or its alloys.

ASTRO-CUT SS 250 TX is a semi-synthetic, general-purpose metalworking coolant containing approximately 10% mineral oil. This product, when diluted with water, forms a translucent amber emulsion that offers excellent workpiece visibility, good lubricity, and superior cooling. It is designed for the machining and grinding of virtually all metals, except magnesium, and is formulated without the use of chlorine.

Monroe Fluid Technology HD WAYLUBE 68 is a specially formulated product developed for the lubrication of machine tool ways and slides. It eliminates stick-slip or table chatter by reducing friction between mating surfaces. Where ways are heavily loaded it provides film strength and excellent EP protection. This product contains metal wetting and adhesive agents that enable it to form uniform films that resist squeezing from way surfaces while the machine is not in operation. By preventing stick-slip, the wear of way surfaces is minimized and their service life is greatly extended. It is also designed with additives to prevent the mixing of the product with water-based coolants.
