Application

MOUSSEX® 388 SL is a specially designed polysiloxane based additive which provides excellent defoaming activity, without causing surface defects. MOUSSEX® 388 SL is FDA 175.300.

• Provides long lasting defoaming effect
• Improves surface leveling
• Perfect resistance at high temperatures (180°-200°)
• Don’t affect the recoat ability

MOUSSEX® 388 SL for its specific features is particularly indicated for the use in self leveling flooring applications.
MOUSSEX® 388 SL is insoluble in water and low molecular weight alcohols. It is soluble in the majority of solvents commonly used in paints.

Method of Use and Recommended Levels

• MOUSSEX® 388 SL can be added at any stage of the production process.
• Addition amount – 0,1- 0,5 % on total formulation.
