REXIN

Saturated polyester resin with high wettability and flexibility. Suitable for high filled two-pack coatings and adhesives formulations.

REXIN DP 328 is recommended for the formulation of 2K polyurethane sealers and high gloss topcoats, clear and pigmented. REXIN DP 328 is a saturated polyester resin studied for P.U two components.REXIN DP 328 is a flexible resin and, used alone or in combination with REXIN HS 129 or other REXIN, it is possible to formulate sealers and matt finishes. These paints have excellent substrate wetting, good solvent release, fast curing and resistance to overcoating.

REXIN 6302 K is recommended for the formulation of fast drying 2K polyurethane overprint varnish. Aromatic polyester to be used in the formulation of fast drying 2K matt/glossoverprint varnish in combination either with Polurene IR51 K or FP 75 K.

REXIN DP 127 is recommended mainly for high gloss 2K polyurethane coatings for indoor and outdoor application. REXIN DP 127 is a high quality resin that enable to prepare paint formulations whereexcellent hardness, high scratch resistance, gloss, abrasion and weather resistance are required.

REXIN HSP 05100 is recommended for the formulation of 2K high gloss clear and pigmented polyurethane resins. REXIN HSP 05100 is a solvent free saturated polyester, it can be used to formulate high solid products to achieve VOC reduction. High flexibility and body filling are the main properties of REXIN HSP 05100. It is suitable for matt and high gloss, clear and pigmented topcoats alone or in combination with other REXIN.

REXIN HSP 412 is mainly recommended for the formulation of polyurethane systems for flooring. REXIN HSP 412 is a saturated polyester resin slightly branched studied for 2K PU system. REXIN HSP 412 is mainly used in high gloss topcoat to provide good chemical resistance, surface toughness, abrasion resistance and optimum flexibility.
