SiliXan® W 120 is epoxy modified polymer based on nanoscaled silicon dioxide used as binder or as additive in epoxy, melamine resin or blocked isocyanate systems. Formulations based on SiliXan W 120 improve the abrasion resistance and protect against corrosion on steel or on aluminum.

SiliXan® U 100 is urethane compound with silicon alkoxy groups used as binder for formulation of high quality UV stable clearcoats or pigmented coatings. Cobinder to improve the abrasion resistance, and film hardness of solvent-based polyurethane, epoxy, melamine or silicone resin systems.

SiliXan® W 300 is epoxy modified polymer based on nanoscaled silicon dioxide used as binder or as additive in epoxy, melamine resin or blocked isocyanate systems. Formulations based on SiliXan W 300 improve the abrasion resistance and protect against corrosion on steel or on aluminum.

SiliXan® W 220 is epoxy modified polymer based on nanoscaled silicon dioxide used as binder or as additive in epoxy, melamine resin or blocked isocyanate systems. Formulations based on SiliXan W 220 improve the abrasion resistance and protect against corrosion on steel or on aluminum.

SiliXan® M 400 is methacrylate modified polymer based on SiO2 /TiO2 is used as unsaturated binder for the formulation of scratch resistant UV coatings. Additive for commercial acrylate- or methacrylate based coating formulations, inks or binder. This binder is preferably used for UV-curing formulation, but also use for peroxidic thermal curing is possible. UV-Protection-Additive.

SiliXan® U 310 E - 50/PM is urethane polymer with silicon ethoxy groups used as binder for the formulation of high quality UV stable clearcoats or pigmented coatings. The material shows good adhesion on metals like aluminum or stainless steel. For application on plastic like PC, PC-ABS or PMMA an adhesion primer is required.

SiliXan® U 400 is urethane compound with silicon alkoxy groups on natural materials' base used as Binder for formulation of high quality automobile exteriour clearcoats or pigmented coatings. Cobinder to improve the chemical resistance, and film hardness of solvent-based polyurethane, epoxy, melamine or silicone resin clearcoats or paints.

SiliXan® U 400

SiliXan® W 125 is UV stable aliphatic epoxy group containing polymer with nanoscaled silicon dioxide used as binder for the formulation of 5 tos 10 µm thin corrosion protection clear coats for aluminum with high hardness (pencil hardness up to 9H). It's free of aromatics and can be combined with isocyanates and polyols to formulate weather and abrasion resistant wood and industrial coatings with multifunctional properties.

SiliXan® W 125

SiliXan® W 550-15 AB is hydrophilic inorganic-organic polymer based on nanoscaled silicon dioxide, containing aliphatic epoxy group used as hydrophilic inorganic-organic composite for the formulation of antifog coatings or adhesion primers for metals. The binder is free of aromatics and can be combined with aqueous isocyanates, polyols or epoxides.

SiliXan® M 500 is polymer based on silicon with unsaturated methacrylic groups used as unsaturated polymer for the formulation as a co-binder or as an additive to conventional acrylate or methacrylate based of varnishes, paints or coatings. The product improves the chemical resistance and increases the adhesion to glass or metals in UV-curing formulations. A thermal or peroxide curing is also possible.
