PhosGard 140 is a low viscosity trialkyl phosphate and used as a low temperature plasticizer and flame retardant for CR, NBR, SBR/NBR, and NBR/PVC. It enhances the sheen of floor polish applications, as well as acts as an effective leveling agent for many water-based adhesives, inks, wall coatings, and paints.
