• Binder for cork and rubber (panel, floor)
SYNTHAN 2060 is especially recommended to 1K humidity curing polyurethane prepolymers designed to binder recycled rubber granules.
The dosage used in the application is:
Prepolymer 9 – 12 %
Water 1 – 2 %
Granules 86 – 90 %
Direct application – The polyurethane resin and water are added to rubber granules and are mixed till homogenizing. Then the mixture is applied to the substrate directly

Store in a cool dry place, indoors and avoid unnecessary opening of containers. Do not add any other materials to this product without written permission from the manufacturer. Once opened drums will start to cure and skin will form. Partly used drums should be resealed immediately and re-used as quickly as possible
