Uses

Liopur PFL 2966 is suitable as a sole binder and in combination with other elastic polyurethane
dispersions as 2-pack system for plastic coatings with excellent haptic, crockmeter-resistance
and resistance to hydrolysis.
Liopur PFL 1964 based on polycarbonate is recommended as combination partner to improve
resistance to hydrolysis.
As hardeners most wateremulsified polyisocyanates are suitable.
Liopur PFL 2966 exhibits excellent light fastness and resistance against temperature loading of
the dried films at temperatures up to 90°C.
Dried 2C films based on Liopur PFL 2966 show good resistance against hydrolysis at 90°C/
99% rel. Humidity over 7 days
Coatings based on Liopur PFL 2966 have the following Zwick material testing characteristics
after 7 days drying at room temperature (initial force 1 N, testing speed 100 mm/min):
Tear strength approx. 0,2 N/mm2
Elongation at break more than. 700 %
