Casamid™ DMPF is a grade of dicyandiamide, ground to a very fine particle size, for use in epoxy resin based powder coatings and contains a flow agent to aid storage and handling. This curing agent becomes active as a hardener for the resin only when heated above 150°C.

Store under cool, dry conditions. It is recommended that the material be used within 6 months of certification.

Casamid™ DMPF is neither flammable, corrosive nor explosive. It is stable when dry but above 80°C decomposes slowly in aqueous solution to give ammonia. Avoid contact with skin and eyes and wear appropriate dust mask. Further details can be obtained from the relevant Health & Safety Data Sheet.
