Recommended Uses: Use on ferrous and non-ferrous metal surfaces. Can also be used on well weathered galvanized metals and well prepared and treated metal surfaces.

Application Information: Surface Preparation: Good surface preparation is essential for optimum performance of paint. Substrates must be dry, free of dirt, grease and loose debris. Remove rust, mill scale with abrasive cleaning if necessary. Please get an expert opinion before spraying hard to stick surfaces or for problematic conditions.

Application Equipment: Each paint has its own thickness and viscosity which can be further affected by temperature. Please check the proper pump pressures, tip sizes, atomizing pressures that are best suitable to get the most efficient spray pattern for the correct mil thickness. Thin with up to 15% if needed.

Application Conditions: Substrate temperature should be above 50 deg. F and less than 80 % humidity. Intra-day Cold temps or high humidity will affect the proper chemistry of the paint dry mechanism and could lead to paint failure. It is imperative all proper applications conditions are met. Protect lines till completely dry.

Storage & Waste Disposal: For professional use only. Keep water based paints from freezing. Keep away from children. Proper agitation and mixing of paint is imperative to ensure proper spray consistency, application results and performance. Make sure lids are properly closed and resealed properly to avoid any spillage during prep work or transportation. Keep flammable paints from heat or flame and proper grounding is done while poring, mixing, spraying and cleaning of spray equipment. Strictly comply with all local and federal regulations during storage, application and disposal of paints.
