Valio DEMI™ demineralised whey powders are manufactured using only the freshest ingredients and most modern technologies. With adjustable mineral content and high nutritional value and protein content, they are a cost effective and tasty alternative for skimmed milk solids in numerous applications.

Valio Mineval™ milk powder with chromatographically altered mineral composition is made of fresh Finnish milk. Pure Finnish milk combined with the most modern technology ensures these ingredients are of excellent quality. Valio Mineval™ is used in a wide range of dairy and food products, often to replace E-number additives.

Valio Sweet butter milk powder has rich, slightly sweet flavor. This dairy ingredient is sourced directly from Valio butter production. Product is rich in phospholipids from milk fat. It has excellent emulsification and thickening properties. Product is ideal for applications requiring both flavor and emulsifying properties.
