Wholesome Natural Fair Trade Whole Cane Sugar (also known as Sucanat® or Panela) is a wholly unrefined cane sugar. As Whole Cane Sugar still contains all of the sugarcane’s natural molasses, it has a deep brown color and a distinct, natural flavor that’s ideal for chocolate-based recipes, baked goods, BBQ sauces, marinades, and more.

Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Cane Sugar (Bulk) is made from organic sugar cane grown in South America. The cane juice, rich in molasses, vitamins and minerals, is squeezed from fresh sugar cane, evaporated and crystallized. The result is a blonde-colored, perfectly sweet natural sugar that will enhance your favorite coffee, tea, cereal or baked goods. Use as a one-for-one replacement for refined white sugar.

Wholesome Sweeteners Cane Sugar - Organic

Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Lite Molasses is made from certified organic sugar cane that is grown on farms employing sustainable agricultural growing practices. Our molasses and invert cane sugar syrup are processed under strict organic standards without synthetic chemicals. This product is sweetened with Organic Medium Invert Cane Syrup and has a mild flavor and aroma of premium organic molasses. The Organic Molasses in the product originates from Colombia or Paraguay, and the finished product is manufactured in the United States.

Wholesome Sweeteners Lite Molasses - Organic

Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Coconut Palm Sugar (Bulk) is a rich, unrefined brown sugar with a deep caramel flavor. It is produced by tapping the sweet nectar from the tropical coconut palm tree flower and drying the nutrient rich juice in a large open kettle drum. The juice condenses into a delicious, handmade whole brown sugar that adds warm color and a depth of flavor to baking. It is delightful in brownies, cookies and cakes and also makes a perfect topping for oatmeal. Organic Coconut Palm Sugar also is commonly used to sweeten Asian dishes, sauces and beverages.

Wholesome Natural Sucanat® has long been a favorite natural sweetener of the health food consumer. Its light molasses flavor enhances many foods, especially cookies, cakes, breads, and sauces. Natural Sucanat® is a granule, not a crystal, which has functional qualities desired by manufacturers. It has quick dissolvability and free-flowing moisture content, which results in a long shelf life for finished products.

Wholesome Sweeteners Natural Demerara Sugar (Bulk) is a golden-colored, turbinado-style sugar with large sparkling crystals and a rich aroma. It is the ultimate topping for cakes, cookies, muffins, crumbles, pies, and creme brulee. It makes a wonderful start to the day when sprinkled on cereal, oatmeal or fruit. Demerara Sugar is made by crushing the freshly-cut sugar cane to squeeze out the juice rich in vitamins and minerals. The cane juice is evaporated and spun in a turbine to produce the large sparkling golden crystals.

Wholesome Sweeteners Demerara Sugar - Natural

Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Sucanat (Bulk) is a whole unrefined cane sugar. It’s made by simply crushing freshly cut sugar cane, extracting the juice and heating it in a large vat. Once the juice is reduced to a rich, dark syrup, it is hand-paddled. Hand paddling cools and dries the syrup, creating the dry, porous granules we call Sucanat. Nothing is added and nothing is taken out! Wholesome! Organic Sucanat is made from 100% certified organic sugar cane. Because Sucanat still contains all of the cane’s natural molasses, it has a deep brown color and a distinct, natural molasses flavor that enhances many foods. It can be substituted for brown sugar in any recipe and it is especially good in chocolate-based recipes, baked goods, BBQ sauces and marinades. It contains trace amounts of iron, calcium, vitamin B6, potassium and chromium.Our bulk bags of Organic Sucanat are also available in a Fair Trade Certified option.

Wholesome Organic Liquid Sucrose is an easy-to-handle alternative to dry organic granulated sugars. It is manufactured to the highest quality standards by liquefying dry Organic Cane Sugar in purified water.

Wholesome Sweeteners Liquid Sucrose - Organic

Wholesome 6X Organic Powdered Sugar is an extremely fine, pulverized, unrefined sweetener made from the first crystallization of organic sugar cane juice. It contains organic tapioca starch to retard caking. Wholesome Organic Cane Sugar is grown in Brazil, Columbia or Paraguay.

Wholesome Sweeteners Powdered Sugar 6X - Organic

Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Light Brown Sugar (Bulk) is soft, moist and fine-grained. It is perfect for all your baking needs and especially good in cakes, cookies and sauces.
