Cold-processed with long lasting, smudge-proof and quick drying properties. WorléeMicromer C60/42 imparts water-resistance and a flexible hold to the formulation. WorléeAqua Thix 100 stabilizes and thickens the formulation. It imparts the right flow and rheological properties. This is a 2 in 1 formulation which can also be used as eye shadow.
