KBB Menhaden Fish Oils are used as an additive in caulking, glazing, marine lubricants, sealants, paints, inks, soaps, and greases.

PEL-PHOS™ CD260 is a dispersant, lubricant, anti-wear additive, corrosion inhibitor, wetting agent, emulsifier, detergent. It is both biodegradable and a non-ecotoxic surfactant. PEL-PHOS™ CD260 can also be used as co-emulsifier for emulsion polymerization.

PEL-HIB CC220 corrosion inhibitor is an amine borate ester suitable for use with aluminum and steel substrates. Originally introduced as an alternative to nitrites, it affords the same level of protection to ferrous materials. It provides excellent rust inhibition and aids lubrication. PEL-HIB CC220 is very water soluble. In addition to its applications in metalworking fluids and coolants, cooling water and boiler operations, oil well and refinery operations, fuels, lubricants and greases, PEL-HIB CC220 also find its uses in inorganic coatings, organic coatings, and printing inks.

INHIBISPHERES® A is submicron ceramic particles that can provide specific functionalities to classic coating formulations. INHIBISPHERES® A is porous silica particles containing encapsulated corrosion inhibitors. INHIBISPHERES® A is metal-free. INHIBISPHERES® A is added at different levels extend the duration of corrosion protection in the coating.

ADDPRIME® 1.00 is Crystalline particles with hexagonal morphology (passive protection). Functionalization with corrosion inhibitors (active protection). Suitable for steel (mild and galvanized) and light alloys (Mg and Al).

VERZONE® Crystal#120 (1,2,3-Benzotriazole) protects on surface of copper etc.

Waynflash™ 111 is a liquid flash rust inhibitor which contains sodium nitrite as part of its flash rust inhibition matrix. It is a highly effective inhibitor for the flash rusting on ferrous substrates during aqueous paint phase. It has also proven to be affective in preventing in can rusting. Typical used levels range from 0.25 – 1.0% max. based upon total formula weight. It is highly versatile and can be used in any water based systems. Waynflash™ 111 exhibits good paint stability and can be incorporated at any stage of paint manufacturing. It is both HAPS and APEO free.

Kronphos PZC contains the optimal ratio of zinc, phosphorus and calcium, and is in great demand with consumers. It is used for manufacturing of corrosion-resistant materials to provide long-term protection against corrosion.

Wayncor™ 222 - Corrosion Inhibitive Pigment is a white, non-refractive, anti-corrosive pigment used in protective coatings. It is widely considered by the coatings industry to be a standard corrosion inhibitor. It exhibits a high degree of versatility and is compatible with almost all commercially available aqueous and solvent based coatings. The use level will vary depending upon resin system, pigment volume concentration and desired performance parameters, however typical use levels are between 3 – 10% total formula weight.

Chemquat BC/60 may be used as a corrosion inhibitors in multiple applications as well as an acid inhibitor in pickling solutions.

Zinchem Zinc Dust - type 1 Super fine uses a uniquely designed Zinc Dust plant (world-wide patents pending) to produce a range of zinc dust with the highest purity and a finely, uniformly controlled particle size. The range complies with the ASTM D520 standard.The zinc dust is suitable for both organic and inorganic primers. INHIBISPHERES® ZS is submicron ceramic particles that can provide specific functionalities to classic coating formulations. INHIBISPHERES® ZS is porous silica particles containing encapsulated corrosion inhibitors. INHIBISPHERES® ZS (ISZS) releases quickly to slow corrosion in the scribe (250 hours).

Phosphinal PZ04 is a Zinc Aluminum phosphate developed to give higher and longer anticorrosion performance to the epoxy coatings than standard Zinc phosphate. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder with a low tinting strength, it is easily dispersed. PHOSPHINAL PZ04 is suitable for a wide range of solvent and water based resins. This pigment is specifically adapted to epoxy and acrylic systems.

Ultraflon FP-15 series represent premium, fluorinated ethylene-propylene powder (FEP) additives. FP-15 is characterized by moderately high molecular weight. It demonstrates a lower melt flow index (MFI) when compared to the Ultraflon FP-20, but higher than that of FP-IO. FP-15 is manufactured from ultra-high purity FEP, and micronized in clean conditions to preserve its pristine form.

Köstrosol® 2018 DD is opalescent till whitish turbid dispersion of amorphous silica in water. It has a noncharged (full-deionized) surface without any stabilization (counter ion). This middle-size colloidal silica agglomerated in a relatively short time. Köstrosol® 2018 DD is a pure colloidal silica without any organic additives.

Kronphos CP is an inorganic white pigment; it is used in paintwork products to enhances anti-corrosion properties and adhesion strength. Thanks to the lamellar structure of the pigment particles, the barrier-layer effect of the coating is enhanced on the anodic area.

Ultraflon FP-10 represent premium, fluorinated ethylene-propylene powder (FEP) additives. FP-10 is characterized by comparatively high molecular weight. It demonstrates a lower melt flow index (MFI) when compared to the other grades within the Ultraflon FP series, reflecting its higher molecular weight. FP-IO is manufactured from ultra-high purity FEP, and micronized in clean room conditions to preserve its pristine form.

Ultraflon DF-20 are premium PTFE dispersions based on an ultra-high purity Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) carrier. The solids content of DF-20 is 25%. The primary particles of PTFE have a nanometric particle size, and are engineered to have a spherical morphology. The dispersion has an exacting, narrow particle size distribution, which translates into consistent, uniform properties. DF-20 is not made with the PFOA surfactant.

Novinox®ACE24 is an eco-friendly Zinc Aluminum phosphate. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder with a low tinting strength, it is easily dispersed. Novinox®ACE 24 is designed for the formulation of eco-friendly paints and coatings. Without any safety labeling, it offers the same level of corrosion protection than a standard Zinc Aluminum phosphate. Novinox®ACE 24 is suitable for a wide range of resins, water or solvent based systems. It is particularly suitable for acrylic and epoxy resins systems.

Novinox®PAZ is a corrosion inhibiting pigment suitable for a wide range of applications, from DIY to more demanding ones such as coil coatings. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder with a low tinting strength, it is easily dispersed. Novinox®PAZ is suitable with a wide range of resins, both solvent and water based. Novinox®PAZ is also an excellent alternative to Strontium chromate in coil coatings.

CERAMISPHERE® H (CSH) reduces the pitting on aluminum in NSST at low levels.

SNCZ Zinc Phosphate PZW2 is a corrosion inhibiting pigment suitable for a wide range of applications. It is an easily dispersed white powder with a low tinting strength. Thanks to its low solubility, Zinc phosphate PZW2 is compatible with a wide range of solvent and water based resins.

raybo 75 ProtectR is a hydrophobic complex formulated to provide long term corrosion protection to emulsion, water reducible, and solvent based coatings. RAYBO 75 chemi-absorbs to steel providing increased adhesion, preventing undercutting, and providing a hydrophobic barrier to resist moisture attack. In aggressive water systems, use a flash rust inhibitor in addition to the RAYBO 75. This provides protection during the critical drying cycle.

EXOhib PC400 is a corrosion inhibitor intended for paint products. The product is a mixture of aminoboranes and is provided in the form of approx. 50% aqueous solution having clear yellow color. EXOhib PC400 has very good wetting properties allowing to moisture steel surfaces, without any phosphates or nitrites. The product is highly compatible with acrylic, styrene-acrylic and vinyl-acrylic dispersions as well as with vinyl acetate copolymers.

NiCHEM No. 8842 Calcium Chromate is a chromate primer poigment that is easy dispersing. It is soluble in diluted acids and slightly soluble in water.

Novinox®PC01 is a Calcium phosphate used as an anticorrosion inhibiting pigment in DYI coatings. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder, it is easily dispersed. Novinox®PC01 may be used in formulations for Environmentally-friendly coatings.

Ultraflon AD-10 are colloidal aqueous dispersions of PTE particles of stabilized with environmentally-conscious, non-PFOA surfactants. Ultraflon AD-IO is a homopolymer dispersion made up of nanometric-sized PTFE particles suspended in purified water. The PTFE solids comprise 60% by weight. The morphology of the PTFE nanoparticles is spherical. The dispersion is engineered to exhibit a very narrow particle size distribution, yielding consistent, uniform performance.

It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder with a low tinting strength, it is easily dispersed. PHOSPHINOX PZ06 is an alternative to chromates, for instance it successfully replaces chromates in wash primers.

RAYBO 80 NoRust is an effective flash rust inhibitor in a wide variety of latex resin systems. It is specifically designed for use in high performance protective coatings and aggressive systems and substrates. RAYBO 80 provides in-can corrosion protection when used in high performance anticorrosive systems. Higher concentration levels may be required when used in more aggressive systems.
