SAERTEX composite reinforcements made of glass, carbon and aramid fibers. Those materials are also known as NCFs (non-crimp fabrics). Depending on the fiber type, surface weight and angle combination, various mechanical characteristics can be achieved. SAERTEX multiaxials are individually configured for our customers and optimally adapted to a range of processes.

ZERO® is a patented non-woven fabric with a relatively small percentage of binder material (less than 3%). The binder is applied to only one side of the fabric resulting in virtually no crimp in the reinforcement fibers. ZERO® is highly efficient and very affordable.

TeXtreme® Technology is a proprietary reinforcement technology based on thin ply and spread tow principles The structure of our Spread tow fabrics allows us to achieve thinner laminates called Thin ply. Because of the straight carbon fibers in the TeXtreme® Spread Tow, these thin plies give composites better performance by avoiding micro cracks and damage initiation occurring when carrying larger loads. TeXtreme® technology makes it possible to produce composites with optimized thin layers to get the most performance in the advanced composite product.
