G-TEX M is our range of 100% recycled carbon fiber nonwoven mats. These mats provide an excellent balance of mechanical properties, formability and high-quality surface finish. G-TEX M nonwoven mats can be used with all commonly used resin systems for composites. Whilst best suited for compression molding processes in either dry or pre-impregnated forms, they are also used today in vacuum infusion (dry mats) and autoclave (pre-impregnated mats) processes. G-TEX M nonwoven mats are used today in automotive, wind energy, marine and tooling applications.

PAA-SHH is an aerospace aluminum honeycomb materials produced from phosphoric acid anodized aluminum sheets. Phosphoric acid anodize gives an excellent corrosion resistance to aluminum alloy, and the surface treatment system with a corrosion prohibited primer provide the greatest bondability and fatigue strength under critical conditions such as hot & wet condition.

FR Eco-Additive™ is a combination of Avtec’s TSWB® fire retarding and smoke suppressing additive and a crystalline graphite. FR Eco-Additive™ may be combined with composite resins and film forming binders to manufacture paints and coatings. Upon exposure to fire or high radiant heat the TSWB ® mitigates flammability and smoke generation as the graphite expands to form a thick insulating surface covering. This felt-like surface provides fire and heat resistance for assemblies that must meet prescribed burn-through and hourly fire rating criteria, e.g., ASTM E119, UL1709.FR Eco-Additive™ is a non-toxic antimony and bromine-free powder that disperses easily in both solvent and aqueous based resins. Plexus™ Synthetic Macrofibers are uniquely engineered for slab-on-ground and precast applications with higher tensile strength to provide better “Built-In Reinforcement” as a replacement for steel fibers, welded-wire fabric (WWF) and conventional reinforcing bars in a variety of secondary reinforcement applications.
