MultiTherm® OG-1 is a hydrocracked base oil combined with the latest proprietary oxidation inhibitor/stabilizer. MultiTherm OG-1® was designed to meet the rising and demanding requirements of liquid phase open-loop heat transfer fluid system applications.

Dynalene HC-FG10 is a Potassium Formate/Water solution engineered to perform at low temperatures (-50°C to +218°C). The HC series of fluids have always been non-toxic, non-hazardous, non-flammable heat transfer fluids used in various heat transfer processes around the world, often in food plants. Dynalene HC-FG is engineered to deliver a much higher performance than glycol and calcium chloride throughout its temperature range. This user-friendly fluid poses little risk to the environment, equipment or personnel. Five concentrations of Dynalene HC-FG and many specialty mixtures are available to serve a wide range of applications.

ElectroCool® Dielectric Coolants - EC-100 is a single-phase liquid immersion coolant and the highest performance biodegradable, non-toxic liquid dielectric heat transfer fluids available for use with full immersive cooling of electronic devices. ElectroCool® Dielectric Coolants - EC-100 feature the broadest material compatibility index, highest dielectric strength, zero environmental impact, and the best health and safety ratings.

Thermaflo® RP (Diaryl Aromatic mixture) is a recycled heat transfer fluid providing high performance in closed-loop, liquid-phase, non-pressurized hot oil systems with a bulk operating temperature range between 0°C to 350°C (32°F to 660°F). The maximum recommended film temperature is 375°C (710°F).

MTS-1515 is specifically designed for use under extreme pressure. It is an excellent bacteria resistance lubricant and aids in extending tool life. MTS-1515 is also an ideal emulsion oil solution used for cutting and grinding. MTS-1515 should be used 5% to 8% for heavy-duty cutting and 1% to 3% for grinding. This product required oil separation before disposal.

Clearco Products PSF-2cSt Silicone Heat Transfer Fluid is a clear, colorless and odorless low‐viscosity linear Polydimethylsiloxane that is formulated as a cold and heat transfer medium in a wide range of applications. PSF‐2cSt Silicone Heat Transfer Fluid has an operating service temperature range of –80ºC to 150ºC (closed system).

Duratherm S is an extremely oxidative and thermally stable heat transfer fluid offering precise temperature control in applications requiring the highest level of oxidative resistance across a wide temperature range.

Hamikleer® 1975 is a synthetic coolant for ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It is designed for light-to-medium duty machining and grinding applications. It provides a liquid residual film to keep machine parts moving and has excellent wetting properties to allow swarf and fines to settle in the sump and not deposit on machinery.

Clearco Products PSF-50cSt Silicone Heat Transfer Fluid is a 100% linear Polydimethylsiloxane or PDMS Silicone with a viscosity of 100cSt @ 25°C. It is formulated fur use as a cold and heat transfer medium in a wide range of applications. PSF‐50cSt Silicone Heat Transfer Fluid has an operating service temperature range of –40ºC to 230ºC (closed system).

HEAT TRANSFER OIL 68 is Premium quality paraffinic oils formulated to meet the most stringent oxidation requirement of circulating hot oil systems. They have outstanding thermal stability and oxidation resistance at sustained operating temperatures up to 250°C, are non-corrosive to steel and copper.

JEFFCOOL® E105N ia a Mixture of 50% volume of E100 JEFFCOOL coolant and 50% deironized water.

Caldera 5 is a high-flash food-grade heat transfer fluid designed for applications where the operating temperature must be below the flash point of the fluid. Caldera 5 utilizes pure base fluids and a proprietary blend of advanced additives. This unique formulation increases fluid performance and lifespan by preventing fluid degradation, while offering the safety of a food-grade formulation. Caldera 5 has excellent oxidative resistance, making it ideal for both open and closed systems, with and without inert gas blanketing.

Biobase Sweden AB BIO-RECO is a biobased alternative to toxic ethylene glycol-water-based products. The product does not suffer from the high viscosity at low temperature issue of other types of products.

Duratherm FG is a rated for use up to 327°C (620°F) it’s engineered and manufactured to comply with the demands of food grade applications ranging from food processing and packaging to pharmaceutical and more.

Duratherm HF is an engineered specifically to satisfy the needs of industry and insurance officials who recommend operating systems at temperatures below the heat transfer fluid’s flash point. Duratherm HF has one of the industry’s highest flash points at 276˚C (530˚F).

Caldera 12 is formulated to meet HT-1 requirements for incidental food contact without comprising performance or fluid life. It utilizes clear base fluids that are free from impurities and aromatic compounds. Caldera 12 is ideal for low-temperature operations and rated for applications up to 450°F (232°C).

WINTREX® HD heat transfer fluid is an inhibited ethylene glycol designed for use in hydronic systems for freeze and corrosion protection. WINTREX® HD is designed to extend fluid life where service temperatures are higher and the likelihood of thermal degradation is greater. It is sometimes also used in less demanding applications because the heavy duty inhibitors last longer, and maintenance requirements can be reduced.

Hamikleer® 1975 HD is a synthetic machining lubricant/coolant for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It provides the needed lubrication for medium to heavy duty machining operations including: boring, drilling, reaming, tapping, and threading. It is non-staining to non-ferrous metals, e.g., copper, brass, and aluminum and has a liquid residual film, which keeps machinery parts moving.

PSF‐10cSt Low Temperature Silicone Bath Fluid has an operating service temperature range of –60ºC to 150ºC (closed system).

GREENCOOL™ IPGF is an inhibited propylene glycol-food grade based fluid and has an effective temperature range of -50°F to 250°F for continuous use.

Chesterton 380 Machinery Coolant is a high-performance, low maintenance, synthetic metal working fluid. It provides superior lubricity and cooling for a variety of machining operations. It is recommended for alloy steels, cast irons and exotic metals. Machinery Coolant will provide protection against bacterial growth and is very tolerant to hard water. It is usable for a broad range of machining operations ranging from slow speed applications to high speed turning. It is ideal for high precision, high quality and custom machining operations. The excellent lubricity and coolant properties of 380 reduce heat in the chip formation process, which extends tool life when compared to conventional soluble oils and semi-synthetics.

Caldera 3 is formulated to meet HT-1 food-grade requirements without compromising performance or fluid life. It utilizes clear base fluids that are free from the impurities and aromatic compounds common in many competitive heat transfer formulations. Caldera 3 is rated for applications up to 621°F (327°C).

Schultz® S718 is a food grade synthetic heat transfer fluid, particularly designed for continuous heating in special environments.

GEO-FLO™ SAFE includes a specially formulated inhibitor package to help prevent corrosion and extend the life of the fluid, promoting long-term Geothermal system operation. It meets ASTM D1384 corrosion protection performance requirements and as a PG based fluid, GEO-FLO™ SAFE is compatible with all materials in geothermal installation including plastic pipes and metal components. Since it is propylene glycol based, GEO-FLO™ SAFE is nonflammable, resulting in improved safety, both for system installation and operation compared to alcohol-based fluids. s GEO-FLOTM SAFE, a premium propylene glycol based geothermal heat transfer fluid designed for use in all residential geothermal installation systems.

Dynalene LC-PG (propylene glycol-based) is specially designed for cooling PEM fuel cells, electronics, computers, and other applications requiring low electrical conductivity coolants. It provides efficient heat transfer that prevents your system from overheating while simultaneously acting as an electrical insulator. LC products use a non-ionic corrosion inhibitor package that prevents corrosion and contaminants from degrading your system.

XCELTHERM® TPL is a direct replacement for Hydrogenated Terphenyl based heat transfer fluids, chemically equivalent to DowthermTM RP* and Therminol® 66*. Fouling resistant synthetic for low pressure systems operating up to 650°F (343°C). Recommended for oil and gas processing, chemical manufacturing, refining operations, low pressure thermal fluid systems, bio-products, polymer and resin production and many other applications.

Thermaflo® Q is a reutilized heat transfer fluid consisting of a mixture of Diphenylethane and Alkylated Aromatics having maximum bulk operating range of -35°C to 330°C (-30°F to 625°F). It has a maximum film temperature of 357°C (675°F).

Caldera 11 is an advanced heat transfer fluid designed specifically for systems requiring both heating and cooling cycles. This creates a heat transfer fluid that provides efficiency and longevity throughout a wide variety of temperature ranges. Caldera 11 is rated for applications operating between -26°F (-32°C) to 601°F (316°C).

Shamrock Chicago Corp Rockfrost HD Heat Transfer Fluid is a formulation of propylene glycol and a specially designed package of industrial corrosion inhibitors. The fluid is dyed for leak detection purposes (yellow is standard). Rockfrost is preferred for use where low toxicity is desired.

Hamikut® 9036-B is an enhanced heavy duty soluble oil lubricant for heavy duty machining of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including zinc. This product provides corrosion protection, is low foaming, possesses excellent emulsion stability and produces good micro-finishes. It provides improved biological control capability for longer sump life in re-circulating systems.

Duratherm XLT-120 is an engineered for long-term operation in heat transfer applications requiring precise temperature control ranging from -84°C (-120°F) up to 65°C (150°F). Ideal for cryogenic applications Duratherm XLT-120’s ecomomical cost and wide operating temperature also makes it well-suited for heating and cooling applications found in the food processing, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Addinol Addinol Wärmeträgeröl XW 30 M 250 consists of high-quality mineral oil raffinates and an active agent for the improvement of oxidation stability and corrosion protection.

MultiTherm® IG-1 is a highly refined; hydrotreated mineral oil designed primarily for use in closed loop heat transfer systems. MultiTherm IG-1® is designed for use in systems that are equipped with expansion tanks, and it is recommended to have pressure relief valves and an inert gas blanket on the system. In properly designed systems it will provide troublefree, long lasting service.

Clearco Products PSF-20cSt Silicone Heat Transfer Fluid is a clear, colorless and odorless low‐viscosity linear Polydimethylsiloxane (CAS No. 63148‐62‐9) with a viscosity of 20cSt @ 25°C. It is formulated as a cold and heat transfer medium with an operating service temperature range of –50ºC to 220ºC (closed system).

Clearco Products PSF-5cSt Silicone Heat Transfer Fluid is a 100% linear PDMS Silicone or Polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of 5cSt @ 25°C. It is formulated for use as a cold and heat transfer medium in a wide range of applications. PSF‐5cSt Silicone Heat Transfer Fluid has an operating service temperature range of 70ºC to 150ºC (closed system).

Caldera 16 is a long-lasting, light-duty cleaner designed to soften, dissolve, and suspend carbon and varnish deposits within heat transfer systems. It is a fully-formulated heat transfer fluid designed to completely replace an existing fluid, and can be used at temperatures up to 549°F (287°C). It is an ideal solution for preventative maintenance or for cleaning systems that are experiencing minor varnish or carbon deposits. This unique formulation can help to restore system performance and efficiency by removing insulating fouling.
