This solvent-free and VOC-free liquid product primarily serves the paints and coatings and printing and packaging sectors. EBECRYL® 800 is a polyester acrylate designed for coatings on wood and paper. EBECRYL® 856 is a versatile medium-viscosity, hybrid polyester acrylate designed for flooring and furniture applications. It can be applied by direct or reverse roller coaters, providing good performance in furniture and flooring coatings. When cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB), films of EBECRYL® 856 exhibit improved hardness, abrasion resistance, faster cycle time, low-temperature curing, low energy consumption, a good balance of properties, and a long pot life. Additionally, it is labeled as having a low carbon footprint (PCF), being solvent-free, and being VOC-free. This makes it suitable for floor coatings, wood coatings, and finishes.

EBECRYL® 876 is a polyester acrylate resin intended for use in UV/EB curable coating applications, specifically in over-print varnishes (OPVs). This product offers a bisphenol A (BPA)-free alternative to epoxy acrylate-based formulations, delivering comparable performance properties. These properties include a fast cure response, high gloss, hardness, and excellent chemical resistance. EBECRYL® 876 also carries labeling claims of being bisphenol A-free, having a low carbon footprint (PCF), being solvent-free, and VOC-free.
