It can easily alter the skin feel and viscosity of any emulsified emollient system. In other works, it should be used to make an oily feel less oily or a thick emulsion thinner or a hard stick softer. Since this branch chained ester is so difficult to saponify, it should be very stable in the presence of electrolytes and thus a valuable component for anti-perspirant and other salt containing formulations. Hetester FAO should be used between 2 and 10%.
