Recommended Uses & Known Applications

ts use in both skin and hair treatment as well as make-up products will be obvious to the formulator, since this material has its own unique surface property. It can easily alter the skin feel and viscosity of any emulsified emollient system. In other works, it should be used to make an oily feel less oily or a thick emulsion thinner or a hard stick softer. Since this branch chained ester is so difficult to saponify, it should be very stable in the presence of electrolytes and thus a valuable component for anti-perspirant and other salt containing formulations. Hetester FAO should be used between 2 and 10%.
