Proxel® BZ Antimicrobial is a dual active broad spectrum biocide for the preservation of industrial water-based products against spoilage from bacteria, yeasts and fungi. It is a 20% aqueous dispersion of 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one and zinc pyrithione. Proxel® BZ Antimicrobial is effective in a wide range of industrial aqueous-based products, particularly in those products that are susceptible to fungal contamination. Some of those areas include emulsion paints, water-based adhesives, pigment cakes/dispersions, printing inks, textile auxiliaries, and household products.

ZINC OMADINE™ 48% Dispersion Antimicrobial is an off-white 48% aqueous dispersion. It is a mixture in water of very fine particles of zinc pyrithione, a dispersant, and a viscosity control agent. ZINC OMADINE™ 48% Dispersion Antimicrobial inhibits the growth of a broad spectrum of both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It also inhibits the growth of fungi, yeast, mold, and algae.

Proxel® BC Antimicrobial is broad spectrum preservative for the protection of industrial water-based products against spoilage from bacteria, yeasts and fungi. It is an aqueous dispersion of formulation of 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one (BIT) and a 3:1 blend of 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one (CMIT) and 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one (MIT). This product is effective in polymer emulsions, paints, adhesives, pigment dispersions and household products.

Proxel® BD Antimicrobial is a broad spectrum industrial preservative for use in aqueous systems such as paints, synthetic polymer emulsions, and thickeners. Its neutral pH helps avoid electrolyte shock. Based on the proven Arch chemical, 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one (BIT), Proxel® BD Antimicrobial has an easy to use aqueous dispersion, additives compatible with customer products and processes, and good flow properties. It also contains no added formaldehyde, has low acute mammalian toxicity, and has a broad pH compatibility.

Proxel® BD20 Antimicrobial is a broad spectrum biocide for the preservation of industrial water-based products against spoilage from bacteria, yeasts and fungi. It is a 20% aqueous dispersion of 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one. Proxel® BD20 Antimicrobial is effective in a wide range of industrial aqueous-based products such as emulsion paints, water-based adhesives, household products, printing inks, paper coating compositions, metal working fluids, and agricultural pesticide dispersions. This product should be added to the system as early in the process as possible.
