MINEX® functional filler made from nepheline syenite is proven to offer superior color development, tint retention, and durability to a broad range of paints, coatings, adhesives, sealants, and inks. When added to paints and coatings, MINEX® provides unparalleled durability and resistance to abrasion, fading, cracking, and aging associated with both environmental and chemical exposures.


Minex

IMSIL® microcrystalline silica fillers are produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Finer micronized grades are useful in formulating higher gloss paints and systems requiring controlled particle top size such as Industrial OEM topcoat coats and non-conductive inks. Intermediate size grades offer ideal and uniform gloss control for topcoats, coil coats and increased inter-coat adhesion between primers and topcoats. Coarser grades offer high solids loading with low viscosity,  texture, anti-skid  and abrasion resistance in industrial floor coatings and exterior deck coatings.

AFCONA 3670 is an anti-crater, substrate wetting and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings. AFCONA 3670 is an improved version of AFCONA 3777 on managing surface control of coatings. It has lower surface tension than AFCONA 3777. The combination with a suitable polysiloxane for better overall performance is highly recommended.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-2142 DMM is a NMP-free, APEO-free, aliphatic, polyester-based, waterborne polyurethane dispersion. It was developed for use on flexible and rigid PVC and treated polypropylene films. Coatings containing this polymer form hard, tough, hydrolysis-, chemical-, and stain-resistant films. Superior adhesion to PVC makes it the ideal candidate for vinyl sheet goods, automotive interior parts, vinyl furniture, and components.

AFCONA 7525 is a block polymer with acidic functionality and viscosity-depressing properties. It is recommended for use in unsaturated polyester, PVC, epoxy, and polyurethane resin systems and is primarily used as a wetting and dispersing agent in highly filled systems, providing strong viscosity-depressing properties. It has excellent wetting and dispersing properties with pigments and functional fillers such as ATH, resulting in very low viscosity.

Mistron® Vapor RE is an off-white high-purity micronized microcrystalline talc. Mistron® Vapor RE is used in rubber, coating, adhesive, and sealant formulations. Mistron® Vapor RE is available in powder, densified, and compacted forms to accommodate various raw material handling requirements.

Syntran® 3104 is based on a proprietary film-forming polymer technology. This technology provides excellent adhesion to multiple substrates, enhances pigment dispersion, and improves the properties of cohesion, gloss, flexibility, and water resistance. This white emulsion is used in flexible and adhesive coatings.

Portaflame® CA 7 grade is produced from carefully selected colemanite, which is a naturally occurring hydrated calcium borate. This light gray powder is odorless and decomposes at 340°C. It is used as a flame retardant for paints, polymers, rubber, and bitumen.

AFCONA 3280 is a special modified polysiloxane that is soluble in aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, esters and ketones, but insoluble in water. It offers slip, defoaming, and improvement of surface characteristics without hurting intercoat adhesion. Additionally, it offers better hot water resistance than other polyether modified polysiloxanes.

Syntran® DR 7055 is an alkali-soluble acrylic polymer that is based on Interpolymer Corporation's polymeric surfactant technology. This technology was designed to improve wetting and incorporation of pigments or additives into water-based inks, pigment concentrates, and coatings. This product is used for wood coatings, concrete coatings, architectural coatings, etc.

AFCONA 2022 is a strong defoamer that is easy to incorporate. This is a silicone-containing version of AFCONA 2020. This product prevents the formation of foam and blisters during the manufacturing and application of solvent-based and solvent-free coatings. AFCONA 2022 is a particularly compatible defoamer that works during production and application, especially in curtain coating processes.

ACCESS® AminoKomplex Silane Blend is a specialized blend of amino-functional silanes that can be used as a coupling agent and adhesion promoter in a variety of applications. The clear to slightly opaque, blend consists of a mixture of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and N-beta-(aminoethyl)-gamma-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, which work synergistically to improve the bonding strength between organic and inorganic materials. ACCESS® SFV 500 is a vinyl methyl-dimethyl polysiloxane copolymer that is vinyl-terminated. With a moderate viscosity of 500, it has pendant vinyl groups along the polymer backbone to enhance the crosslink density of the cured RTV. This polymer can be used as a base or blend polymer, and it offers reliable and consistent results when cured with silicon-hydride crosslinkers and a platinum catalyst.
