Deco-Chem Conductive Inks RD0431

Deco-Chem’s Conductive Inks are low electrical resistance properties. The main applications of Conductive Inks are for membrane switches, RFID antennas, and printed conductors. Deco-Chem’s conductive inks exhibit excellent flexibility and fast curing properties. This is a one part system ready to print straight from the container.

Application

Deco-Chem’s Conductive Inks are engineered to be directly screened onto the substrate using a 65 mesh screen and screen mesh consistent with conductive needs.

Cure Parameters

Deco-Chem’s Conductive Inks can be cured with air, jet dry, or low bake at 250°F for 10 minutes.

Storage Conditions

Ink should be stored in a metal container at room temperature (75°F). Inks previously used for printing runs should be stored in a separate container to avoid cross contamination. Ink has a minimum shelf life of 6 months from date of manufacture if the above guidelines are followed and there has been nothing added to the ink.
