Deco Chem’s Grip Coating provides a slip resistant surface for interior use. Grip Coating uses a blend of oligomers and monomers that give a soft, rubbery surface without the addition of abrasive textures. Deco-Chem’s Mirror Etch Resist inks are applied to the back of a mirror. Special chemicals will take away all of the mirror coating except for the etch resist, leaving a second surface mirror image where the Mirror Etch Resist was printed.

A very light tack base meant for quick release where it is needed. It remains tacky for multiple runs and resists ambient dust accumulation. The PSTB cures rapidly and is low odor.

Astrolex is a tough, low-odor ink for plastics. Although designed orginally for polycarbonate, it adheres to many other plastics, including pressure-sensitive vinyl and styrene. Ease of application is one of the most distinctive characteristics of Astrolex. The smooth and light consistency allows a clean cutting action during the squeegee traverse. A clean screen breakaway is achieved, followed by instant leveling to a very high gloss.

Deco-Chem’s Leaded Effect series is a special two-part epoxy screen ink formulated to achieve a three dimensional leaded effect as a non-leaded product. LEI inks contain a material that will cause the printed line to raise a small amount when baked. This can be considered a tremendous advantage over regular lead used in the construction of stained glass.
