Technical Details & Test Data
- Cure Parameters
Deco-Chem’s Dome Dam cures when exposed to one medium pressure mercury vapor lamp at 300w/in 50-80fpm. Pretests are recommended to determine the highest processing speeds possible for complete cure. Higher dams can be achieved when the 2-part urethane doming material is air dried. The higher the cure temperature of the doming material, the less likely the dam is to hold.
