Hytrel
Hytrel® 4556
Chemical Family: Polyesters
Polymer Name: Thermoplastic Copolyester Elastomer (TPC-ET)
Hytrel® 4556 is a medium modulus grade with nominal hardness of 45D. It contains non-discoloring stabilizer. It can be processed by many conventional thermoplastic processing techniques like injection molding and extrusion.

Zytel
Zytel® HTN52G35EF BK420
Chemical Family: Polyamides
Zytel® HTN high performance polyamide resins feature high retention of properties upon exposure to elevated temperature, to high moisture, and to harsh chemical environments. Polymer families and grades of Zytel® HTN are tailored to optimize performance as well as processability. Typical applications with Zytel® HTN include demanding applications in the automotive, electrical and electronics, domestic appliances, and construction industries. Zytel® HTN52G35EF BK420 is a 35% glass reinforced, heat stabilised, lubricated high performance polyamide resin that can be moulded in water heated molds, developed for electrical and electronics applications. It is also a PPA resin.

Zytel
Zytel® 70G50HSL NC010
Chemical Family: Polyamides
Polymer Name: Polyamide 66 (PA 66)
Zytel® 70G50HSL NC010 is a 50% Glass Reinforced, Heat Stabilized, Polyamide 66 Common features of Zytel® nylon resin include mechanical and physical properties such as high mechanical strength, excellent balance of stiffness and toughness, good high temperature performance, good electrical and flammability properties, good abrasion and chemical resistance. In addition, Zytel® nylon resins are available in different modified and reinforced grades to create a wide range of products with tailored properties for specific processes and end-uses. Zytel® nylon resin, including most flame retardant grades, offer the ability to be coloured. The good melt stability of Zytel® nylon resin normally enables the recycling of properly handled production waste. If recycling is not possible, DuPont recommends, as the preferred option, incineration with energy recovery (-31kJ/g of base polymer) in appropriately equipped installations. For disposal, local regulations have to be observed. Zytel® nylon resin typically is used in demanding applications in the automotive, furniture, domestic appliances, sporting goods and construction industry.
