Braskem America UTEC® 3040 is an ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) with a molecular weight about 10 times higher than High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) resins. This extremely high molecular weight yields several unique properties to this polymer such as high abrasion resistance, impact strength and low coefficient of friction that makes it a self-lubricating material.

Braskem TI4003F polypropylene impact copolymer (ICP) provides extra high izod impact, very high flexural modulus and good low temperature drop impact.

SILRES® BS 43 N is a water-dilutable silicone resin emulsion primarily used as a binder in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and silicone resin plasters. It serves as the main binder in these formulations, playing a crucial role in their performance. When properly formulated with SILRES® BS 43 N, the resulting products exhibit several desirable characteristics. They demonstrate high permeability to water vapor and CO2, allowing for effective moisture and gas exchange. Additionally, these products have low water absorption coefficients, which help minimize water ingress and potential damage.

HDK® T30 is a hydrophilic, synthetic, amorphous silica produced through flame hydrolysis. It is a standard product widely used in various industrial applications. HDK® T30 is a white colloidal powder of high purity. It finds application in inkjet paper, make-up, powder coatings, printing inks, and rheology control.

VINNAPAS® EP 8178 is a poly(vinyl alcohol) stabilized vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion. It has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of approximately -3 °C. This dispersion is specifically designed as a high-performance, ultra-high-solids dispersion for weather-resistant air barriers. It offers excellent water resistance, ideal mechanical properties, and the capability to handle high extender loadings.

VINNAPAS® 536 ED is a versatile polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene with a high solid content. It is produced without the use of organic solvents, plasticizers, or formaldehyde donors. The residual monomer content is below 1000 ppm. The dispersion is characterized by high bonding strength combined with increased flexural strength and good compatibility with inorganic fillers like CaCO3.

Braskem Inspire® 114 EU polypropylene impact copolymer is a propylene based resin very suitable for extrusion applications including blown films, sheets, profiles, pipes and blow molded containers. Inspire® 114 EU Performance Polymer has an excellent balance of high stiffness and impact resistance, even at low temperatures. Inspire® 114 EU Performance Polymer combines outstanding mechanical proper es with superior processability due to its high melt strength delivering improved sag properties compared to conventional polypropylenes.

VINNAPAS® EP 4600 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol. It possesses a glass transition temperature (Tg) of +5°C. This dispersion was specifically formulated to have a low viscosity and high solids content, allowing it to accommodate high levels of fillers.

VINNAPAS® EP 706K (ULS) is a high-viscosity vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion with low formaldehyde and low free VAM residue. It exhibits good machinability and strong wet tack, providing improved adhesion to films like polyvinyl chloride. Additionally, VINNAPAS® EP 706K (ULS) demonstrates very high plasticizer and solvent viscosity thickening responses.

VINNAPAS® 418 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is particularly suited for carpet binder applications where a soft hand is required. The dispersion combines moderately high solid content with a low viscosity, a combination that permits the addition of very high filler loadings, resulting in adhesive formulations with high solid contents.
