VISIOMER® 1,4-BDDMA is a low viscosity dimethacrylate monomer widely used as a crosslinker. It serves as an excellent replacement for styrene in composite resin, functioning as an adhesion promoter and a hardener for PVC plastisols. Additionally, it acts as a coagent for peroxide crosslinking of elastomers. This versatile compound finds applications in industries such as adhesives and sealants, composites, construction, and plastics and rubber.

VISIOMER® 1,3-BDDMA (1,3-butanediol dimethacrylate) is a dimethacrylate monomer with low viscosity. It is well-suited for use as a crosslinking agent, providing cohesive strength to polymers. This versatile compound finds applications in various industries, including adhesives and sealants, composites, construction, as well as plastics and rubber.

Urochem Molding Compound 161 by BI-QEM is a highly refined cellulose reinforced urea formaldehyde resin. It is modified with special purpose additives, pigments, cure regulators and lubricants. It exhibits low shrinkage, low water absorption and high strength. It offers high hardness, glossy surface, excellent scratch resistance and excellent chemical resistance. It provides excellent electrical properties and resistance against surfactants & weak bases. It is designed for processing by compression molding. Urochem Molding Compound 161 is suitable for circuit breakers and electrical accessories. Its shelf life is of 12 months below 20°C. The molded products can be recycled and exhibits good UV stability with good moisture resistance.

StarPCS™ SBMC-998 are carbon fiber reinforced molding compounds containing a discontinuous carbon fiber, a specially formulated StarPCSTM polycarbosilane resin, and refractory particulate. SBMC-900 and SBMC-998 can be used in the cured state, but are specifically designed for use as a ceramic matrix composite (CMC) thermal or mechanical structure.

StarPCS™ SBMC-843 is a discontinuous carbon fiber reinforced molding compound containing carbon fiber, a Starfire proprietary polysiloxane resin, and refractory particulate. SBMC-843 contains a Polyramic® thermosetting resin which cures at temperatures between 200-310°C, and functions as a high temperature carbon fiber reinforced structure with a silicon oxycarbide ceramic matrix. Compression mold curing produces a green fiber reinforced polymer matrix composite (PMC) material. Further processing to 850°C minimum in inert environment results in an amorphous silicon oxycarbide ceramic matrix composite (CMC) to be used with different infiltration polymers or materials. Ideal infiltration polymers include Polyramic® SPR-212, SPR-212 based slurries (SL-227, SL-480), and other Starfire® polysiloxane products.

StarPCS™ SBMC-601 is a discontinuous carbon fiber reinforced molding compound containing carbon fiber, a vinyl substituted polysiloxane resin, and refractory particulate. SBMC-601 cures at temperatures between 180-250o C and functions as a high temperature carbon fiber reinforced structure with a silicon oxycarbide ceramic. Curing produces a green fiber reinforced composite material. Further processing to 850o C (minimum) in inert gas results in an amorphous silicon oxycarbide matrix ceramic composite that can be used as a pre-form for use with different infiltration polymers or materials. Ideal infiltration polymers include Polyramic® SPR-688 or SPR-212 based slurries (SL-227, SL-480), and other Starfire® Systems polysiloxane products.
