Akulon® 

Arnite® PET, polyethylene terephthalate, and Arnite® PBT, polybutylene terephthalate, and blends are high-performance material solutions that combine high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. 

As a result, Arnite® PET and Arnite® PBT are well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical and electronic, consumer goods, food packaging applications and more. 

A wide portfolio of Arnite® is available, including unreinforced, reinforced and flame retardant grades. 


Arnite

Arnitel TPC, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, is used as a lighter, smarter, greener material alternative to conventional rubbers. Because of its excellent characteristics, it offers design engineers exceptional flexibility—giving them the freedom to implement the most innovative product concepts. 

Arnitel has a broad range of hardnesses, making it capable to replace rubbers, metals, leather and other thermoplastics. This thermoplastic elastomer delivers superior chemical resistance, along with heat and wear resistance, plus the ability to be recycled.

Stanyl is a high-performance aliphatic polyamide with a melting temperature of 295°C that due to its high crystallinity and fast crystallization speeds entails three key strengths:

ForTii® 

EcoPaXX® is a high-performance aliphatic, biobased polyamide that uniquely balances the benefits of typical short and long chain polyamides, such as low moisture uptake and high mechanical performance.

It has wide applicability and is especially popular as a PA66 performance booster since it can be processed in the same tools.

EcoPaXX

Xytron PPS is a high-performance plastics compound based on linear polyphenylene sulfide that contributes to three key strengths: heat aging performance up to 240 °C; chemical resistance at high temperature; and dimensional stability. 

This polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) offers excellent chemical resistance, dimensional stability and is intrinsically flame retardant because of its electrical properties. 

Xytron PPS offers high stiffness up to a glass transition temperature of 90°C, with a continuous use temperature between 240-260°C. 

This family of PPS grades is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electronics and electrical, water management and specialized industrial applications. 


Xytron

Xytron™ G4010T is a high-performance plastic compound developed by Envalior. It is based on PPS (polyphenylene sulfide). This material is known for its exceptional chemical resistance, dimensional stability, intrinsic flame retardancy, and high stiffness. These outstanding properties make Xytron™ G4010T well-suited for a wide range of applications. The material is typically processed using injection molding technology. Notable features of Xytron™ G4010T include 40% glass reinforcement for increased strength, flame retardant properties, and improved flow during processing.

Arnitel® EL250-08 is a high-performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) that excels in flexibility, high-temperature resistance, strength, and excellent processing properties. It is a forward-thinking choice, serving as a lighter, more intelligent, and environmentally friendly substitute for traditional rubbers in industries like automotive and E&amp;E. This results in reduced environmental impact and system costs. 

Arnitel® EL250-08 is specifically designed for injection molding processes, making it efficient and versatile for manufacturing applications. Importantly, it meets food contact quality standards, ensuring its suitability for applications where food safety is paramount.

The preferred processing technology for Arnite® TV4 270 is injection molding, which allows for efficient and precise manufacturing of components.

Akulon® S240-C is a versatile family of high-performance materials that combine the properties of polyamide 6 and polyamide 66. These materials are utilized by customers worldwide in a wide range of applications, including automotive, electronics, electrical, furniture, and packaging. In molded parts, Akulon® S240-C materials provide an excellent balance between ease of design and processing while delivering exceptional mechanical properties across a broad temperature range and in various conditions.

Akulon® SG-KGS6/HV is a high-performance polyamide 6 and polyamide 66 material used worldwide in automotive, electronics, electrical, furniture, and packaging applications. It offers an excellent balance of design flexibility and processing ease with outstanding mechanical properties over a wide temperature range. For extrusion, it sets market standards with its 30% glass reinforcement, high flow, halogen-free, and red phosphorous-free composition.

Akulon® SG-KGS6/HV

Stanyl® TC170 is a high-performance polyamide that provides unmatched performance and value for demanding applications in which superior heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction, and process flow qualities are required. This high-performance polyamide 46 is used for applications in automotive, E&amp;E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. Since it retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220 °C, this makes it ideal for extremely high-performance applications, where it outperforms PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and often PPS and LCP. A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding. Special features include laser marking and thermal conductivity.
