Akulon® 

Arnite® PET, polyethylene terephthalate, and Arnite® PBT, polybutylene terephthalate, and blends are high-performance material solutions that combine high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. 

As a result, Arnite® PET and Arnite® PBT are well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical and electronic, consumer goods, food packaging applications and more. 

A wide portfolio of Arnite® is available, including unreinforced, reinforced and flame retardant grades. 


Arnite

Arnitel TPC, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, is used as a lighter, smarter, greener material alternative to conventional rubbers. Because of its excellent characteristics, it offers design engineers exceptional flexibility—giving them the freedom to implement the most innovative product concepts. 

Arnitel has a broad range of hardnesses, making it capable to replace rubbers, metals, leather and other thermoplastics. This thermoplastic elastomer delivers superior chemical resistance, along with heat and wear resistance, plus the ability to be recycled.

Stanyl is a high-performance aliphatic polyamide with a melting temperature of 295°C that due to its high crystallinity and fast crystallization speeds entails three key strengths:

ForTii® 

EcoPaXX® is a high-performance aliphatic, biobased polyamide that uniquely balances the benefits of typical short and long chain polyamides, such as low moisture uptake and high mechanical performance.

It has wide applicability and is especially popular as a PA66 performance booster since it can be processed in the same tools.

EcoPaXX

Xytron PPS is a high-performance plastics compound based on linear polyphenylene sulfide that contributes to three key strengths: heat aging performance up to 240 °C; chemical resistance at high temperature; and dimensional stability. 

This polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) offers excellent chemical resistance, dimensional stability and is intrinsically flame retardant because of its electrical properties. 

Xytron PPS offers high stiffness up to a glass transition temperature of 90°C, with a continuous use temperature between 240-260°C. 

This family of PPS grades is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electronics and electrical, water management and specialized industrial applications.

Akulon® F132-E1 CRC-MB is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) that functions as a resin with features that include being food contact acceptable, having both high and medium viscosity, and having lubrication properties. It finds application in the printing and packaging markets, catering to various packaging needs and requirements.

Akulon® N24-G3 is a high-performance material that combines the qualities of polyamide 6 and polyamide 66, making it a preferred choice for customers worldwide across a spectrum of industries, including automotive, electronics, electrical, furniture, and packaging. In molded parts, this material excels in providing an excellent balance between ease of design and processing while delivering exceptional mechanical properties across a wide temperature range and under various conditions.

Akulon® K224-G6-FC NA99001 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin labeled as food contact acceptable. This product possesses features like being lightweight and UL flame-rated. This is used in markets associated with automotive and transportation, as well as healthcare and pharma. End uses of this product are in door panels, flooring, and wheel housing parts.

Akulon® K224-LG6U is a lightweight polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin and finds applications in the automotive and transportation industries, specifically in the production of exterior and body components as well as interior parts. This is typically processed using injection molding techniques.

Arnitel® EM630 is a high-performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) renowned for its exceptional blend of flexibility, high temperature resistance, and strength, complemented by excellent processing characteristics. In industries spanning from automotive to E&amp;E, it is gaining prominence as a more sustainable and efficient alternative to traditional rubbers, resulting in reduced environmental impact and lower system costs. Ideal for medical industry applications like breathable monolithic films, kink-resistant tubing, and soft-touch solutions. Crafted with extrusion technology, it stands out for its excellent breathability, medium viscosity, 45 Shore D hardness, and compliance with medical-grade and food contact standards.

Arnitel® CM620-S, a high-performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) celebrated for its remarkable blend of flexibility, high-temperature resistance, strength, and exceptional processing attributes. Across automotive and E&amp;E industries, it stands out as a lighter, more intelligent, and eco-friendly substitute for traditional rubbers. Crafted through extrusion technology, it possesses a 64 Shore D hardness and is flame-retardant, meeting industry standards.
