Akulon® 

Arnite® PET, polyethylene terephthalate, and Arnite® PBT, polybutylene terephthalate, and blends are high-performance material solutions that combine high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. 

As a result, Arnite® PET and Arnite® PBT are well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical and electronic, consumer goods, food packaging applications and more. 

A wide portfolio of Arnite® is available, including unreinforced, reinforced and flame retardant grades. 


Arnite

Arnitel TPC, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, is used as a lighter, smarter, greener material alternative to conventional rubbers. Because of its excellent characteristics, it offers design engineers exceptional flexibility—giving them the freedom to implement the most innovative product concepts. 

Arnitel has a broad range of hardnesses, making it capable to replace rubbers, metals, leather and other thermoplastics. This thermoplastic elastomer delivers superior chemical resistance, along with heat and wear resistance, plus the ability to be recycled.

Stanyl is a high-performance aliphatic polyamide with a melting temperature of 295°C that due to its high crystallinity and fast crystallization speeds entails three key strengths:

ForTii® 

EcoPaXX® is a high-performance aliphatic, biobased polyamide that uniquely balances the benefits of typical short and long chain polyamides, such as low moisture uptake and high mechanical performance.

It has wide applicability and is especially popular as a PA66 performance booster since it can be processed in the same tools.

EcoPaXX

Xytron PPS is a high-performance plastics compound based on linear polyphenylene sulfide that contributes to three key strengths: heat aging performance up to 240 °C; chemical resistance at high temperature; and dimensional stability. 

This polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) offers excellent chemical resistance, dimensional stability and is intrinsically flame retardant because of its electrical properties. 

Xytron PPS offers high stiffness up to a glass transition temperature of 90°C, with a continuous use temperature between 240-260°C. 

This family of PPS grades is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electronics and electrical, water management and specialized industrial applications. 


Xytron

EcoPaXX® Q-KGS6 is a versatile halogen-free flame-retarded long aliphatic polyamide with a UL94 V0 and CTI 600V rating, suitable for various connectors and housings. It offers excellent retention of electric properties, even with humidity uptake. Belonging to the family of long-chain polyamides, it provides exceptional performance in demanding environments, including excellent chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, a very high melting point (highest among bio-plastics), and a high crystallization rate. This grade is processed using injection molding and includes 30% glass reinforcement, providing flame retardancy without halogens.

EcoPaXX® Q-KGS6

Arnitel® Care L225E, a high-performance copolyester-based thermoplastic elastomer (TPC) known for its exceptional blend of flexibility, chemical resistance, and high-temperature capabilities. Tailored for medical industry needs, it excels in breathable monolithic films, kink-resistant tubing, and soft-touch applications. Utilizing injection molding technology, this material boasts low viscosity, a 25 Shore D hardness, and meets medical-grade and food contact standards.

Akulon® N22D-H is a high-performance material that combines the characteristics of polyamide 6 and polyamide 66, making it a favored choice for customers worldwide across various industries, including automotive, electronics, electrical, furniture, and packaging. When used in molded parts, this material excels in providing an exceptional balance between easy design and processing, all while delivering outstanding mechanical properties across a wide temperature range and under diverse conditions.

Stanyl® TW200B6 is a high-performance polyamide that provides unmatched performance and value for demanding applications in which superior heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction, and process flow qualities are required. This high-performance polyamide 46 is used for applications in automotive, E&amp;E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. Since it retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220 °C, this makes it ideal for extremely high-performance applications, where it outperforms PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and often PPS and LCP. A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding. Special features include being heated, stabilized, and lubricated.

Stanyl® TW200B6

EcoPaXX® Q170E-H is an unfilled long aliphatic polyamide with good thermal properties designed for film and monofilament extrusion. It belongs to the family of long-chain polyamides and offers excellent chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, a very high melting point, and a high crystallization rate. It has the lowest carbon footprint among common polyamides. The material can be processed using extrusion and injection molding technologies. It is heat stabilized, has medium viscosity, and meets the requirements for food contact quality.

EcoPaXX® Q170E-H

Arnitel® EL630 is a high-performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) offering flexibility, high temperature resistance, and strength, coupled with outstanding processing characteristics. As an eco-friendly alternative to conventional rubbers, it finds applications in industries like automotive and E&amp;E, delivering reduced environmental impact and cost savings. This material is suitable for injection molding processes and complies with food contact quality standards.

Arnitel® CM600-V, a high-performance ThermoPlastic Copolyester (TPC) renowned for its exceptional blend of flexibility, high-temperature resistance, strength, and superior processing capabilities. In automotive and E&amp;E industries, it serves as a lighter, more intelligent, and environmentally friendly replacement for conventional rubber. Crafted through extrusion and injection molding, it also boasts halogen-free flame-retardant properties.

Arnitel® CM600-V

Akulon® Ultraflow K-FG5 is a high-performance polyamide 6 and polyamide 66 material trusted by global customers for various applications, including automotive, electronics, electrical, furniture, and packaging. In molded parts, it strikes an exceptional balance between design flexibility and ease of processing, offering impressive mechanical properties across a broad temperature range and diverse conditions. For extrusion, it establishes industry-leading standards with its exceptional strength, resilience, and ease of processing. The preferred processing technology is injection molding, and notable features include 25% glass reinforcement and high flow capabilities.
