Manganese Sulfate is pale pink monoclinic system coarse crystal, odorless. Relative density is 2.95. It starts to lose crystal water when heated to above 200℃. It almost loses all crystal water when above 280℃. And to 700℃, it changes to anhydrous melts. It starts to decompose when heated to 850℃ and black insoluble Mn 3 O 4 is left. It completely decomposes at the temperature of 1150℃. It is freely soluble in water, but is insoluble in alcohol.
