Lansurf AEP66 is a biodegradable nonionic surfactant produced by the reaction of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide on a synthetic primary fatty alcohol. This product is compatible with soaps, anionic, cationic and other nonionic surfactants, and wetting, detergency and low foam. This product finds application in many cleaning applications where low foaming is required such a machine dishwash applications, metal cleaning and bottle rinse formulations. Also, this product can be used in such areas as textiles, oils and lubricants, agrochemicals and paints and polymers.

Lansurf AE103 is a nonionic surfactant produced by the reaction of 3 moles of ethylene oxide onto a 2-propyl heptanol base. This particular range of ethylene oxide offers a product with a wide range of applications especially for detergency and wetting. This product has good environmental profiling and is readily biodegradable.

Lansurf AE105 is a nonionic surfactant produced by the reaction of 5 moles of ethylene oxide onto a 2-propyl heptanol base. This particular range of ethylene oxide offers a product with a wide range of applications especially for detergency and wetting. This product has good environmental profiling and is readily biodegradable.

Lansurf CO12 is a nonionic surfactant produced from the ethoxylation of castor oil. This product offers good emulsification, wetting, detergency and lubricity. This product also has the advantage of being of low toxicity and has good food contact approval.

Kemsurf ASC is a sodium neutralized alkyl ether sulfate and finds application where foaming, wetting and detergency are required. Kemsurf ASC has good stability in the presence of high electrolyte and hard water environments. Also the product is tolerant to mildly alkaline solutions at ambient temperatures, but tends to hydrolyse in acidic solutions.

Kemsurf PWS is Based on a linear high 2-phenyl based alkylate. Isopropylamine salts have better solubility in hydrocarbon solvents compared to sodium salts.

Kemsurf OS38 has good foaming and excellent detergency. Kemsurf OS38 can be used in many industrial and domestic applications where good detergency and wetting are required.

Kemsurf CA-EH is a calcium salt of a biodegradable dodecylbenzene sulphonic acid. The base acid for Kemsurf CA-EH is manufactured by SO3 sulphonation to produce a product of good color and low inorganic content. Kemsurf CA-EH is a hydrophobic anionic surfactant and functions as an emulsifier for oils and aromatic solvents in the formulation of degreasers. It finds many applications, however, as an emulsifier for pesticide and herbicide systems, especially where spray application is involved. Kemsurf CA-EH may also be used in the emulsification of waxes and hydrocarbon solvents. This product has good compatibility with other anionics and nonionic surfactants and maintains good stability, detergency, foaming power and soil suspension in alkaline, mild acid, low electrolyte and hard or soft water.

Lansurf TH30W is a nonionic surfactant produced by the alkoxylation of ethylene oxide with tallow amine. This product has good compatibility with other nonionic, anionic, cationic and amphoteric surfactants. Lansurf TH30W finds application in a variety of industries such as textiles, paints, metal working, agriculture and polish manufacture. In particular Lansurf TH30W is used in textile applications as a leveling agent and anti-precipitant and is used as a primary wetting agent in acid and alkaline formulations for metal cleaning and the stripping of surface coatings.

Lanspec OF65 is an ammonium neutralized alkyl ether sulfate and finds application where high foaming, characteristics are required, particularly in the presence of highly levels of electrolyte and polyvalent metal ions. Lanspec OF65 has good stability in the presence of alkaline solutions at moderate temperatures, but will hydrolyse in acidic solutions.

Lansurf AE310W is a nonionic surfactant produced by the reaction of ethylene oxide on a synthetic primary alcohol. This product is compatible with soaps, anionic, cationic and other nonionic surfactants, and exhibits good oil/water and water/oil emulsification, wetting and detergency.

Lansurf AEP63 is a biodegradable nonionic surfactant produced by the reaction of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide on a synthetic primary fatty alcohol. This product is compatible with soaps, anionic, cationic and other nonionic surfactants, and wetting, detergency and low foam. Lansurf CDE-G is a coconut diethanolamide produced via the reaction procedure that gives a product containing some free glycerol. This product has good foaming stability, soil suspension and thickening properties and can be used as a foam stabilizer, detergent, emulsifier and dispersing agent.

Amphokem CAB is a biodegradable Lauryl Betaine amphoteric surfactant which is hydrolytically stable with low odor.

Lansurf OA7 is a nonionic surfactant produced by the alkoxylation of ethylene oxide with oleic acid. This product has good compatibility with other nonionic, anionic, cationic and amphoteric surfactants.

Amphokem CADP is a biodegradable high foaming amphoteric surfactant containing both carboxyl and amino groups in its chemical structure. Due to it’s amphoteric nature, in acidic solutions a quaternary ammonium salt is formed resulting in cationic properties. In alkaline conditions it forms a carboxylic salt which gives the product a anioinic behavior. Between the pH limits (approximately 2.5 to 4.5) the cationic and anionic properties are balanced and a “Zwitterion” is formed. This pH range is known as the isoelectric range, within which Amphokem CADP exhibits minimum foaming, wetting and solubility properties.

Kemsurf DSA is fatty alcohol sulfate neutralized as a sodium salt. This product offers good detergency and wetting and is mainly used in cosmetic and toiletry applications. This product is compatible with other anionic and nonionic surfactants. However, as with other products of this chemical type, they tend to hydrolyse in acidic environments. Kemsurf DSA can also be used in the production of Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) via emulsion polymerisation.

Lansurf SML can be used singularly or in combination with the ester ethoxylates such as Lansurf SML20. This product is hydrophobic and finds use as an emulsifier in many waxes and creams for household applications.

Lansurf OA14 is a nonionic surfactant produced by the alkoxylation of ethylene oxide with oleic acid. This product has good compatibility with other nonionic, anionic, cationic and amphoteric surfactants. Lansurf OA14 finds application as a dispersing aid, antistatic agent and emulsifier for oils.

Dfoam AX1 Antifoams are used in many aqueous-based formulations where a build-up of foam may be a problem. Many systems already contain surfactants or dispersing agents which tend to foam to a certain degree. In mechanical or agitated systems foaming can be an issue, so the incorporation of an antifoam during processing will help to significantly reduce the problem. Dfoam AX1 is designed specifically for paint formulations.

Kemsurf EM9 is an AEP free Alcohol Ether Sulfate. Typically this product can be used in emulsion polymerisation systems as a performance replacement to Nonyl Phenol Ether Sulfates. Kemsurf EM9 has a wide range of applications such as; foam stabilizers in liquid detergents; primary detergent and foaming agent in Industrial and Institutional cleaning formulations; general foaming agent; dispersing agent; emulsion polymerisation.

Lanphos PE36 is a powerful emulsifier that can be used across a wide range of polymer systems and more importantly is used as a primary emulsifier without the need for a secondary surfactant to stabilize the system. As a versatile emulsifier. this is the first choice for any formulator. As well as providing extremely small particle sizes it has an in-built stabilizer system to prevent re-agglomeration of polymer particles. Lanphos PE36 is supplied in the free acid form and is typically neutralized before use to produce the salt of choice for individual applications.
