- Benefits of our Natural Niche Antioxidants
- Animal and / or vegetable tats and oils are added to baked goods to add richness and tenderness and sensory appeal. Oxidation of these fats and oils can limit the shelf life of these products. Naturall-e Oxivert can be added to these fats and oils to help guard against oxidative rancidity.
- Consumer favorites such as cookies, waffles, doughnuts and other baked goods are the examples of products where off-odors and oft flavors due to rancidity are undesirable. Naturall-e oxivert can be directly added to the fat, oil or dry ingredients to help guard against rancidity.
- Naturall-e oXivert possess low volatility at high temperatures and can be conveniently used to fortify the baked product before high- temperature processing to guard the baked goods against oxidation both during and after production.
- Unlike synthetic or petroleum- based agents Naturall-e oxivert may allow you to use an all- natural ingredient statement, giving your product more consumer appeal.
- Product Highlights
- Oxivert is our range of natural antioxidant blends with bioactive compounds which can inhibit oxidation by scavenging free radicals. Our Natural Antioxidants under the brand Oxivert are highly stable at high temperatures and are effective against oxidation.
- Oxiverti s a range of robust and label-friendly food antioxidants based on Non-GMO plant-derived tocopherols. These natural antioxidants are effective at protecting a variety of food applications - such as spices, dressings and cereals from color and flavor degradation.
- Our plant-derived antioxidants have shown to be especially efficacious in extending the shelf life of food products with a high fat content. Oxivert provides a desirable alternative to synthetic antioxidants such as butylatedhydroxyanisole (BHA), butylatedhydroxytoluene (BHT) or tertiary butylhydroquinone (TBHQ).
- Oxivert gives an extra electron to the free radical. This atom is now neutralized. The chain reaction of free radicals stops here. This reduces your risk of most sickness and diseases.
