ProTex PTS is a textured vegetable protein of high quality, low cost and high nutritional value, produced from defatted soy flour (not genetically modified) by a thermoplastic extruder. PROTEX - PTS  was specially developed to be used as a meat extender or as a protein source, maintaining the texture, appearance and flavor of the various foods where it is applied In the form of powder for thin doughs (sausage, mortadella, etc.) and In granulated form, in coarse and medium ground products (hamburgers, meatballs, sausages, etc.

    PROTEX – PTS is packaged in multi-ply  Kraft paper bags and internally coated with a polyethylene bag, with a net weight of 25kg or 30kg, depending on the product's granulometry.

    Storage & Handling

    Storage

    PROTEX – PTS   must be stored in its original packaging, on platforms in a dry and ventilated place, free from insects and rodents. Keep container properly closed when not in use.

    Expiry Date

    12 (twelve) months.
