"Over 60 years ago, Olvebra started the cycle of industrialization of soybeans in Brazil.

First company in the world to manufacture powdered soy extract.

In 1955, Charles Kung Wei Tse and Sheun Ming Ling, Chinese immigrants, started in Santa Rosa, in the missionary region of RS, a work whose fruits became the complex of companies that later constituted the OLVEBRA GROUP. In August 1978, in the city of Guaíba (currently in the city of Eldorado do Sul) – RS, Olvebra installed the most modern industrial unit in Latin America for the production of foods derived from soy, characterized by its high protein value. Throughout its existence, the Olvebra Group underwent several changes in its organizational structure, motivated by acquisitions, creations and incorporations of companies.

Olvebra uses only non-GM soy.

Olvebra Industrial S/A is located in Eldorado do Sul, a municipality in the Metropolitan Region of Porto Alegre. In its industrial park, with more than 100,000 square meters, the Food and Oil Refining factories are installed."

Olvebra Industrial ProTex

PROFIBER N is a natural functional ingredient with a high content of dietary fiber, obtained from the segregation of the insoluble fraction of defatted soy flour and submitted to a suitable heat treatment for the inactivation of antinutritional and microbiological factors. It comes in the form of a fine powder and is a highly biodigestible nutritional fiber concentrate. The daily intake of dietary fiber provides a number of benefits to human health. These benefits are related to the increase in bolus and fecal moisture, as long as the intake is accompanied by fluids (it is recommended to ingest at least 2 liters of water a day). This maintains the structural integrity of the mucous membranes, decreasing the incidence of various diseases such as colon cancer and intestinal infections.

Profiber N

PROVESOL PQ 6003 is a protein product obtained by the aqueous extraction of soluble components of defatted (non-genetically modified) soy flour, subjected to appropriate heat treatment for inactivation of antinutritional factors dried by a spray-drying process, resulting in a product of great power fat emulsifier. It comes in the form of a fine powder, with high solubility and dispersibility. Naturally free of lactose, sucrose, casein and gluten. No chemical additives.

PROVESOL PQ 4426 is a protein extract obtained from the aqueous emulsion of decorticated soy beans (not genetically modified), subjected to appropriate heat treatment to inactivate antinutritional and microbiological factors. The soluble fraction is concentrated and then dried by spray-drying process, resulting in a functional ingredient with high nutritional value. It comes in the form of a fine powder, light yellow in color and soluble in water. It is free from additional ingredients and any chemical additives. Also free of lactose, sucrose, casein and gluten. Due to its characteristics, it can be used in cheeses with technological supporting objectives.

Provesol PQ 4426

PROVESOL PE 503 is a protein product obtained by processing defatted (non-genetically modified) soy flour, subjected to a suitable heat treatment for inactivation and dried by the spray-drying process, resulting in a product with great emulsifying power for fat and with high water-retaining power, due to the correct association of proteins and fibers. Lactose, sucrose, casein and gluten free.

Provesol PSA Organic is a protein extract obtained from the aqueous emulsion of decorticated organic soybean grains, subjected to appropriate heat treatments to inactivate antinutritional and microbiological factors. The soluble fraction is concentrated and then dried by spray-drying process . It is free from additional ingredients and any chemical additives. Naturally free of lactose, casein and gluten. PROVESOL PSA ORGANIC is a natural protein product and indicated as a food supplement in diets, as a substitute for milk of animal origin, in physiological restrictions (lactose).

PROFIBER F is a 100% natural product, obtained by the aqueous extraction of insoluble components of defatted soy flour (not genetically modified), subjected to appropriate heat treatment to inactivate antinutritional and microbiological factors. Free from chemical additives. It has a high fiber and protein content, characterized by a product with unique structure and texture, providing high retention of water and fat. ProTex PTS is a textured vegetable protein of high quality, low cost and high nutritional value, produced from defatted soy flour (not genetically modified) by a thermoplastic extruder. PROTEX - PTS  was specially developed to be used as a meat extender or as a protein source, maintaining the texture, appearance and flavor of the various foods where it is applied In the form of powder for thin doughs (sausage, mortadella, etc.) and In granulated form, in coarse and medium ground products (hamburgers, meatballs, sausages, etc.

PROVESOL ESL  is a protein extract obtained from the aqueous emulsion of decorticated soy beans (genetically unmodified) subjected to suitable heat treatment to inactivate the antinutritional factors, separation of the soluble fraction added maltodextrin with drying process  spray- drying. It comes in the form of a fine powder, with high solubility and dispersibility. Naturally free of lactose, sucrose, casein and gluten. No chemical additives.

PROVESOL SM-N is a protein extract obtained from the aqueous emulsion of decorticated soy beans (not genetically modified), subjected to appropriate heat treatment to inactivate antinutritional and microbiological factors. The soluble fraction is concentrated and then dried by spray-drying process, resulting in a functional ingredient with high nutritional value. It comes in the form of a fine powder, light yellow in color and soluble in water. It is free from additional ingredients and any chemical additives. Also free of lactose, sucrose, casein and gluten. Due to its characteristics, it can be used in yogurt, tofu and desserts
