Ruitenberg BasIQs Liquorice Root Powder HR ZZ0240 is the dried and ground powder produced from the cleaned liquorice roots. The liquorice root is the raw material for liquorice extracts which are widely used in the industry. Because of the natural sweetness provided by the presence of glycyrrhizin acid in the root, liquorice root powder HR is suitable to enhance sweetness, for adding extra taste and improve mouthfeel properties in a wide range of applications. Examples of applications are confectionary, marinades, sauces, herbal mixtures and beverages. Ruitenberg BasIQs carefully selects raw materials to guarantee a high and stable glycyrrhizin acid content, a low ochratoxin A content and stable microbiological values. Dosage level recommendation 1 – 3%.

Ruitenberg BasIQs Liquorice Extract Granules 1-1,5mm ZG0030 is a pure granules of the concentrated liquorice root extract. The liquorice granules contains a high amount of glycyrrhizin acid, which result in an intense taste profile. Liquorice extract granules can be used in a variety of applications, ranging from the food industry (including confectionery, beverages, marinades, and seasoning blends) to the pharmaceutical industry. Because of crunchiness and size of the granules, intense spots of liquorice can be created in applications. Recommended dosage level:  1 – 3%.

Ruitenberg BasIQs CracBiscuit 945 Extruded Wheat Based Mix Toasted Ruitenberg BasIQs crispy Crac’Biscuit 945 is an extruded and toasted biscuit crisp, with a very tasty and crunchy bite. This crisp is perfect with devoid of hard unpuffed, pleasant taste of toasted sweet cereals with a particle size round 13mm. It is perfectly suited to use in coating applications for snacking or as decoration on pastry products. Composition: Wheat Flour, Wheat Gluten, Sugar, Wheat Malt Flour, Leavening Agent E500II, Salt, Acidity Regulator E170.

RUITENBERG BasIQs CracBiscuit 945 Extruded Wheat Based Mix Toasted

Ruitenberg BasIQs RudinBlack Liquid Z-SK5100 are obtained by the carbonization and activation of pure oak wood. Ruitenberg worked on finding a solution for the extreme dusting behavior of this powder and developed a liquid version. Result is a 25% liquid dispersion which is stable at room temperature. Advantage of this liquid dispersion is the easy way to give your application a black color, even if there is no water available to disperse the black color in. Dosage level recommendation 1 – 2%.

Ruitenberg BasIQs CracRiz Z-BX1363 Extruded Rice Crisps Toasted is an extruded and toasted rice crisp, made of 100% rice flour and is gluten free. The particle size is about 2,5 – 4 mm. This crisp can be used in a variety of applications. For example as a crispy filling inside confectionery products. This crisp is also suitable for coating technology.

Ruitenberg BasIQs Liquorice Powder AR Dustfree ZP1430 is the spray-dried liquorice root extract, a concentrated water extract of the liquorice root. This liquorice extract contains a high amount of glycyrrhizin acid which result in a high impact on taste and sweetness in applications. Ruitenberg BasIQs developed a unique method to produce easy to use, dustfree liquorice powder with a stable quality. Due to this treatment, the powder is easily soluble. Liquorice Powder AR dustfree can be used in a variety of applications, ranging from the food industry (including confectionery, beverages, marinades, and seasoning blends) to the pharmaceutical industry. Dosage level recommendation 1 – 3%.

Ruitenberg BasIQs Liquorice Paste ZV2273 is a unique method to produce this easy to use, liquid liquorice paste with stable quality and good process ability at room temperature. RudinLiquorice Paste C24 E 55% can be used in a variety of applications, ranging from the food industry (including confectionery, beverages, marinades, and seasoning blends) to the pharmaceutical industry. Ruitenberg BasIQs carefully selects raw materials, to guarantee a high and stable glycyrrhizin acid content, a low ochratoxin A content and stable microbiological values. Dosage level recommendation 2 – 4%.
