The liquorice granules contains a high amount of glycyrrhizin acid, which result in an intense taste profile. Liquorice extract granules can be used in a variety of applications, ranging from the food industry (including confectionery, beverages, marinades, and seasoning blends) to the pharmaceutical industry. Because of crunchiness and size of the granules, intense spots of liquorice can be created in applications. Recommended dosage level:  1 – 3%.
