PEXIDAN® HF V/T is a unique low smoke halogen-free flame retardant 90°C wet-rated XL-insulation system curable by moisture. It consists of a silane pre-grafted base compound SX653 and a catalyst masterbatch CM540U. Mixed and extruded in the proper proportions (95:5), the two components result in a material that is cross-linkable by exposure to 90°C hot water. PEXIDAN® HF V/T is REACH and RoHS-compliant. Wire made with PEXIDAN® HF V/T may be marked VW-1, as well as Oil Resistant “PR I” and “PR II”, Gas & Oil Resistant “GR I” and “GR II”, “-40C” and “SUNRES” in all colors.

EXTINITY® 0202-104 (formerly known as: EXTINITY® CF101-LM) is a flame retardant masterbatch in a semi-crystalline, co-polymer polypropylene carrier. It has been designed for extrusion, and Wire and Cable insulation applications. The product meets between V-2 and V-0 flammability rating when tested to UL 94 at various thicknesses.

LINXIDAN® LX4510 is a polyolefin plastomer with a silane copolymer functionality, designed to improve compatibility and mechanical properties of polymer compounds. Contrarily to conventionally maleated polyolefin coupling agents, LINXIDAN® LX4510 does not interfere with metal stearates used as lubricants in Wood Plastics Composites (WPC), providing increased tensile strength, impact strength and flexural modulus, and reduced moisture absorption.

EXTINITY® 0201-171 is a highly loaded, RoHS compliant, flame-retardant concentrate that can be used for a variety of applications including film, sheet, and extrusion coating. EXTINITY® 0201-171 has been designed to be used as a cost effective flame retardant for film products made with polyethylene resin systems. Films produced using EXTINITY® 0201-171 can be formulated to pass flammability requirements including the Boston Fire Department Test (BFD IX-1), NFPA-701, UL 94 VTM-0 and MVSS-302 automotive requirements. EXTINITY® 0201-171 does not contain DBDPO/DBDPE additives.

EXTINITY® 0203-303 is a highly loaded antimony oxide concentrate in an EVA carrier resin. The antimony oxide content in EXTINITY® 0203-303 is 85% by weight. All SACO AEI Polymers flame retardant concentrates are much more easily dispersed and therefore provide resultant materials with superior physical properties and flame resistance versus the use of additives in their naturally occurring state.
