STEPSPERSE

STEPSPERSE® DF-200 is a blend combining anionic surfactant and sodium lignosulfonate. It finds application in various agricultural delivery systems, acting primarily as a dispersant. Its scope covers an array of application types, including capsule suspensions (cs), dry products, oil dispersants (od), suspension concentrates (sc), suspoemulsions (se), water dispersible granules (wg), and wettable powders (wp).

STEPSPERSE® DF-500 is also a blend of anionic surfactant and sodium lignosulfonate, similarly serving as a dispersant in diverse agricultural delivery systems. Its application range covers capsule suspensions (cs), dry products, oil dispersants (od), suspension concentrates (sc), suspension emulsions (se), water dispersible granules (wg), and wettable powders (wp).

STEPSPERSE® DF-600 is a formulation that combines nonionic surfactant and sodium lignosulfonate. This product is intended for use within a diverse range of agricultural delivery systems. It falls under the chemical group of nonionic lignosulfonate blends and functions primarily as a dispersant. It has applications in various formats, including capsule suspensions (cs), dry products, oil dispersants (od), suspension concentrates (sc), suspension emulsions (se), water dispersible granules (wg), and wettable powders (wp).

STEPSPERSE® 160S is an anionic polymeric dispersant suitable for dispersing phthalo blue pigment systems in waterborne applications. No wetting agents are necessary. Typical loading levels are 10–15% solids on the weight of pigment (mass of dispersant used x mass of pigment used x 100%). A ladder study is advised to determine optimal dosage levels.

STEPSPERSE® 163P is an anionic polymeric dispersant suitable for iron oxide pigments in waterborne applications. No wetting agents are necessary. Typical loading levels are 2–4% solids on the weight of pigment (mass of dispersant used/mass of pigment used x 100%). A ladder study is advised to determine optimal dosage levels.

STEPSPERSE® 250 is a nonionic polymeric dispersant used for dispersing carbon black in waterborne systems. No wetting agents are necessary. Typical loading levels are 4-8% solids on the weight of pigment (mass of dispersant used/mass of pigment used x 100%). A ladder study is advised to determine optimal dosage levels.

STEPSPERSE® 61 is a voc-free, high-performance polymeric dispersant and wetting agent for waterborne formulations. It is highly effective for dispersing and stabilizing organic pigments and carbon black. Dispersions prepared with STEPSPERSE® 61 exhibit excellent compatibility with various resin systems with a minimal impact on coating properties.
