- Product Highlights
Type XVll collagen is a transmembrane protein constituent of the dermalepidermal anchoring complex. As a major structural component of the hemidesmosome, Type XVIl collagen plays an important role in differentiation of keratinocytes and regeneration of hair follicle stem cells. SRHC Type XVIl optimizes the high bioactive amino acid sequence of natural human type XVIl collagen and use the eukaryotic yeast cells as the expression system with biological fermentation technology.

Trautec ReCol17 has better adhesion activity to NIH/3T3 cells than natural human collagen
Trautec ReCol17 Biological activity - Cell scratch test
Result : Trautec ReCol17 can significantly promote the migration of NIH/3T3 cells, and is better than that of natural human collagen.
- Effects
Effect of Trautec ReCol17 on epidermal and dermal cells
Reduce the expression of MMP3 and MMP9 in HFF-1 cells
Increase the expression of LEF1, β-catein and VEGFA genes
Result : Trautec ReCol17 can increase AQP to maintain the barrier, reduce MMP to maintain extracellular matrix homeostasis.
Effect of Trautec ReCol17 on dermal papilla cells
Increase the expression of LEF1, β-catein and VEGFA genes
Significantly increase the expression of wnt10a and AXIN2 genes
Result : Trautec ReCol17 can promote the expression of Wnt/ B-catenin and VEGF related genes and regulate the signal pathways related to hair follicle growth and development.
