- Product Highlights
- Type III collagen is a structural protein that makes up the extracellular matrix (ECM) and provides space for cell growth with a supportive function.
- Type III collagen plays an important role for skin elasticity and moisturizing, and also works significantly for scar healing and anti-aging.
- Trautec ReCol3 was selected by highly bioactive fragments from the amino acid sequence of natural human Type IIl collagen, and using genetic engineering techniques with eukaryotic yeast to construct an expression system by using biofermentation technology.
- Product Features
- 100% homologous with human collagen, highly biocompatibility
- Multi-stage purification
- Lyophilization preparation
- Higher purity
- Safer expression in eukaryotic yeast
- Extra-long sequences
- Higher activity

- Identification 2 (Infrared Spectrum)
- The infrared spectrum shall be consistent with that of the reference substance.
- Test Method : It shall be tested by infrared spectrophotometry according to the general rule 0402 of Part IV of Pharmacopeia of the PPC, 2020 edition. Among them, amide A-band and B-band appear at the wave number of about 3500 ~ 3000cm−1. Amide I band appeared at about 1680-1630cm−1. Amide II band appeared at about 1300-1200cm−1. Amide III band appeared at about 1640-1500cm−1.

Volunteers applied 0.2% SRHC Type ll cream to the entire face every morning and evening for 28 days.
In Vitro Efficacy
1. Restoration Capacity Assessment, Cell scratch test (HACAT)
Result : Trautec ReCol3 significantly promoted cell migration and had tissue damage repair function.
2. Anti-Wrinkle Effect - In vitro ex vivo skin model Masson staining experiments
Result : Trautec ReCol3 had a significant elevating effect on collagen fiber content for UV-induced UV damage with 0.2% Trautec ReCol3.
3. Soothing Inflammation
a. EpiKutis epidermal model Detection of PGE2
## denotes comparison with BC, p<0.01
** denotes comparison with NC, P<0.01Result : 0.2% Trautec ReCol3 had a significant inhibitory effect on PGE2 induced by SLS stimulation and reduced PGE2 secretion level.
