Cremosa FSC Series is a frozen brown pellets with lactic acid odor. Our Cremosa collection offers a broad array of speed, texture, acidity and cultured flavor attributes that can be custom-tailored to suit your every need The MPA Series is a culture blend that produces high- quality sour cream with minimal post-acidification, little to no flavor development, and low to no gas production. Although originally designed especially for use in sour cream productions, this line can also be used in buttermilk and cream cheese applications. Utilizing our strong phage-management system, we provide you with reliable cultures to guarantee that your production remains on schedule. Produced as frozen, pelletized culture, the MPA Series comes in a variety of pouch sizes to accommodate applications with inoculation rates in increments of 250, 500, or 1000 gallons.
