Hangzhou Hi-Tech Fine Chemical DPG (D) is a medium-speed vulcanization accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic rubber. It is generally used as a second accelerator, as an activator for thiazole, thiuram and sulfenamide accelerators, and can be used for continuous vulcanization when used together with accelerators MD and TMTD. In neoprene, this product acts as a plasticizer and peptizer. The vulcanizate has relatively high tensile strength and resilience, and low heat build-up.

It is a good activator for the accelerants of thiazoles and sulphenamides. It has strong water activation on the butyl rubber containing the accelerant M, TMTD or a mixture of the two accelerants. It can be used in the products of EPDM, foamed latex products, impregnated goods, etc. Because it is nontoxic, ordorless, non-contaminating, non-discoloring, SG-R 702 can be applied to white or light color goods, transparent goods, medical ware and the goods can be contacted with food. It also can be used in tire, inner tire, electric cable, the roofing sheet material, rubber coated fabrics, and self-sulfur goods.

Nurcacit CBS PDR is a primary amino based accelerator giving good scorch safety, a fast cure and good modulus development in a variety of general purpose polymers. It is the most active sulfenamide in EPDM.
