Nurcacit

Nurcacit TBBS PDR provides fast cure and high modules development in NR SBR BR and blends. Normally used alone or with small quantities of ultra accelerators in tire compounds or industrial rubber products. Can be used to effectively replace MBTS/DPG systems TBBS may give equal modulus to CBS or MBS when used as a 10% lower level.

Nurcacit TBBS PDR

Nurcacit DOTG PDR is suitable for NR, SNR, IIR, IR, SBR, NBR and CR. Seldom uses alone, commonly with thiazoles, thiurams, dithiocarbamates and sulphenamides to promote its activity, This product is a plastic-decomposing agent in CR. However, this product is not suitable for food-related products or medical products.

Nurcacit DOTG PDR

Nurcacit MBT PDR can be used as a fast, non-staining accelerator for both dry rubber and latex applications. Low temperature curing can be achieved by the use of Nurcacit TMTD/TETD or Nurcacit DPG as secondary accelerators. Nurcacit MBT confers excellent aging characteristics to vulcanizates.

Nurcacit MBT PDR

Nurcacit ETU PDR is a special curing accelerator for chloroprene rubber of CH and W, epichlorohydrin rubber and polyacrylate rubber, suitable for wire, cable, rubber belt and tube, rubber shoes, rubber coat and so on, also suitable for intermediate products of fine chemicals, antioxidant, insecticide, dyestuff, drug and synthetic resin, etc.

Nurcacit ETU PDR

Nurcacit ZDBC PDR is a primary or secondary accelerator in NR, SBR. IIR or EPDM. ZDMC is used in both natural and synthetic latex for faster curing than with ZDEC or ZDMC. Furthermore, it is an antioxidant in rubber-based adhesive systems.

Nurcacit ZDBC PDR

Nurcacit DPTU(CA) PDR is the medium-speed vulcanization accelerator. Synergises with sulfur donor to boost vulcanization when used in NR and SBR. Need zinc oxide to be effective. Used as secondaryaccelerator in CR vulcanization and EPDR vulcanization system. Used in latex products, cables and general industrial products. It’s critical temperature is 80º C, so could be used as raw materials for pharmatical and dye and the test reagent for OS and Rh.

Nurcacit DPTU(CA) PDR

Nurcacit ZMBT PDR finds its main application in latex where it is used as a primary accelerator in combination with ZDMC or ZDEC. Latex films cured with ZMBT have a markedly higher modulus. Furthermore a better compression set resistance in latex foam can be achieved, without increasing the cure time. ZMBT does not destabilize latex formulations. In dry rubber applications, the performance of ZMBT is almost similar to MBT with slight scorch improvement.

Nurcacit ZMBT PDR

Nurcacit ZDEC PDR is a fast curing primary or secondary accelerator for NR, SBR, EPDM. ZDEC is used in both natural and synthetic latex. Furthermore it is an antioxidant in adhesive systems.

Nurcacit ZDEC PDR

Nurcacit MBS GRS provides extended scorch safety and good green stock storage stability compared to CBS or TBBS. It is recommended for applications where extended scorch safety is required such as thick extrusions. Stock with high loading of furnace blacks such as ISAF and SAF. Its long scorch delay is also advantageous in injection or transfer molding operations.
