Agnique® grades are anionic surfactants or blends with anionic character and widley used in crop protection formulations (agrochemical formulations) as an adjuvant. Agnique® grades enhance the efficiency of the used pesticide by its physical-chemical properties. Agnique® products have a broad application field. They are used as wetting agents, emulsifiers compatibilizer and formulated blends.

MAKON® UD-Series of products are fast wetters due to their C11 branched carbon chain. They are faster wetters than nonylphenol ethoxylates (NP) and tridecyl alcohol ethoxylates (TDA). They also have good initial foam height with fast foam break, useful in applications like industrial clean-in-place and laundry.

Santicizer® Plasticizers offer all the benefits of high solvating plasticizers including compatibility in multiple polymer systems such as Polysulfide, PVC and Polyurethane. Anionic surfactants are negatively charged materials that are available in a variety of chemical types. The main classes being alkyl ether sulfates, alkyl sulfates, alkylbenzene sulfonates, alpha olefin sulfonates, phosphate esters. They are used in a wide range of applications where they provide useful characteristics including, emulsification, solubilisation, wetting, detergency, dispersion and foaming.

The production of DetenLAS® involves HF (Hydrofluoric Acid) technology. This LABSA product is specifically used in the production of anionic surfactants, particularly linear alkylbenzene sulfonates (LAS).

Virent’s products are indistinguishable from the petrochemical analogs, except for C-14 dating for bio-content. Using conventional aromatics processing Virent has produced renewable paraxylene, mixed xylenes, toluene, and benzene.
