TYTAN™ AQZ60 is a water-stable zirconium-based chelate that is effective in crosslinking -OH and -COOH groups. It works with a range of carbohydrate and functionalized polymers, acting as a crosslinker and potential adhesion promoter. The main application for TYTAN™ AQZ60 is in oil and gas fracturing fluids, as a replacement for alkanolamine-based zirconium derivatives, to deliver high viscosity and temperature-stabilized functionalized guar derivatives for secondary and tertiary recovery of oil and gas wells. It may also be used as a potential crosslinker in waterborne printing inks to improve film strength and adhesion.

Polidene® 33 - 086 is a self-crosslinking acrylic ester/vinylidene chloride copolymer, designed specifically as a low-flammability binder for textile applications. It is APEO-free. PolyAziridine Global PZP-1000 is a propylene imine tri-functional polyaziridine that is used as a cross linker for both aqueous and non-aqueous coatings, inks, and adhesives to promote both physical and chemical properties. The aziridine end groups can react with active hydrogen as found on carboxyl groups of acrylic emulsions or polyurethane dispersions. PZP-1000 is added at levels of 1% to 3% to finished formulated coatings, inks, or adhesives. It is added slowly and under good agitation. After mixing, an aqueous system with a pH of 9.0-9.5 will typically have a pot life of 18-36 hours. This time will be reduced when the pH is lower.
