Our IBXA is the world highest purity of isobornyl acrylate with great quality consistency. It is commonly used for painting resins, adhesives and UV diluents. Viscosity of an Acrylic Polyol (which is raw material of urethane/melamine 2K coatings) has a very high viscosity because of its hydrogen bonding. High viscosity induces low working efficiency, low solid contents and of course high VOC. Frank et al. [1] reported that polymerization hydroxyl acrylics with bulky acrylic monomers inhibit this hydrogen bond, resulting in high solids and low viscosity Acrylic Polyols. BR-541MB is a difunctional aliphatic polyether urethane methacrylate. BR-541MB is used for its desirable balance of toughness and flexibility and its ability to adhere to a variety of substrates. This oligomer is an excellent candidate to consider for use in impact-resistant coatings on various substrates when used with BR-543MB. This material has low skin sensitivity and is INCI registered for compliance in cosmetic applications
