It can be used alone or in combination with other surfactants. It can enable improved performance in metal cleaning in metalworking applications. STEPAN® MWA-253 is a highly active nonionic surfactant that is stable in both acidic and alkaline solutions and can be used as an emulsifier and lubricant in synthetic and semi-synthetic metalworking fluids. This highly active nonionic surfactant can be used as a component of lubricants, gear and chain oils, metalworking fluids, hydraulic fluids, and plasticizers. This alcohol ethoxylate is soluble in naphthenic and paraffinic oils.

TAGAT® V 20 is a non-ionic emulsifier that is based on POE-20 glycerol oleoricinoleate. It is a low-foaming emulsifier that finds use in a wide range of applications such as metal working fluids, concrete release agents, textile auxiliary formulations, and pulp and paper defoamers. TAGAT® V 20 is derived from natural raw materials, which makes it dermatologically safe and environmentally friendly. It has excellent emulsifying and stabilizing properties, which ensure the formation of finely dispersed and long-lasting stable oil-in-water emulsions. TAGAT® V 20 also enhances the solubility of biocides in mineral oil-based lubricants and improves the lubricating properties of water-mixed fluids. It has a low foaming tendency and provides excellent thermal stability.

Venadol® 65 is a low foaming weitting agent that can be utilized in various application such as, inks, paint, coatings, adhesives, pigment manufacturing, pigment dispersion, dye processing, agricultural, cement, and metalworking lubricants. This product is APE Free.

DeTERGE CS - 45LF is an exceptional, cost-effective, low-foaming surfactant resistant to chlorine. It's formulated for products containing up to 15% active caustic and other alkaline electrolytes. Chemically classified as an alkoxylated carboxylate, it's intended solely for use in alkaline systems and not recommended for acid systems.

DeTROPE CA - 100 is a liquid, anhydrous-modified carboxylate. It is suggested for use as a low-foaming hydrotrope in both aqueous and powdered alkaline systems.

DePHOS™ P-4LF is an alcohol ethoxylate-based phosphate ester in free acid form. It is an antiwear and extreme pressure additive for use in lubricating and rolling oils, and hydraulic and water based cutting fluids and is a very effective, low foaming hydrotrope in homecare and industrial cleaning applications, such as high alkaline cleaners, bottle washing and metal cleaners. DeTHOX® L61, aka Poloxamer 181, is a low-foaming, nonionic surfactant used for wetting, emulsification, and defoaming in industrial and cleaning applications. Its strong hydrophobicity and low HLB (~3) make it ideal for stabilizing water-insoluble systems, enhancing wetting on metal and hard surfaces, and controlling foam in metalworking fluids, detergents, and coatings. DeTHOX® L61 also serves as a co-surfactant with higher-HLB emulsifiers to fine-tune emulsion stability and performance across diverse formulations.

Lanphos PE74 is a cetyl oleyl ethoxy phosphate with outstanding emulsification characteristics. Its key properties encompass being oil-soluble, exhibiting excellent emulsification characteristics, providing lubricity as an extreme pressure additive, functioning as a corrosion inhibitor, and featuring low foam characteristics. Applications for Lanphos PE74 include multifunctional metalworking fluid additives, extreme pressure additives, emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, metal cleaning, emulsion polymerization, and textile lubricants.

DeTERIC ODP - LF is a low-foaming sodium octyliminodipropionate primarily utilized for demulsification in water-based systems. Additionally, it demonstrates excellent hydrotroping properties in highly alkaline or acidic formulations.

Naxonac® 817LF is an anionic surfactant designed to meet your needs as an emulsifier, wetting agent, anti-wear additive, corrosion inhibitor, and extreme pressure (EP) additive in lubricants and various metalworking fluids. It also has a unique property as a low-foam metalworking fluid additive.

TRIEST PGDO-6021, is a diester formed by the reaction of polyethylene glycol with a biobased C18-rich fatty acid, which is a low toxicity, biodegradable and non-ionic surfactant. It has applications in numerous fields like paper and plastic industry, lubricants, ink and paint industry and in textile auxiliary industry.

SANHIBITOR No.50 is a water-soluble rust inhibitor. It produces less foam and is easily rinsed. It has excellent rust preventive properties and is resistant to heat and alkaline solutions. It is substitutable for alkanol amine. The recommended concentration: 0.2–0.5 wt %.

SANHIBITOR OMA-10 is a water-soluble rust inhibitor, suitable for metal working oils. It prevents rust even on nonferrous metals. The recommended concentration: 0.3–0.5 wt %.
