TYTAN™ TIPT/TNBT/TET/EHT process catalyst series are the world’s leading products of homogeneous esterification and transesterification catalyst to typical users in plasticizer, acrylate and methacrylate manufacturers. TYTAN™ AP series adhesion promoter is specially designed for flexographic and gravure printing ink for flexible packaging films to improve adhesion and heat stability. TYTAN™ CX series cross-linking agents are designed to impart a shear reversible or thixotropic structure to latex paint and dispersion paint. Other catalysts are designed for polyester esterification catalysts and polyurethane catalysts.

RD-220™ is a freely flowing multi-component blend prepared for combating lost circulation in drilling fluids. RD- 220™ is effective in a range of fracture plugging and is used as a maintenance treatment and higher addition rates when significant mud loss occurs. RD-220™ can be used for all invert fluids, including synthetics and in fresh and saltwater mud.

Pecomul 100™ is an invert mud emulsifier system comprised of oxidized and modified tall oil for diesel based drilling fluids.

The Naxaf® naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensates are used primarily as dispersants in a wide variety of industrial applications.

PecoBead 150™ lubricant additive is a proprietary blend of highly active copolymer beads in an environmentally friendly carrier fluid. It is used as a drilling fluid lubricant where ease of addition is needed and prevents the possibility of spillage of dry beads at the rig floor as a possible safety benefit.

HORA stands for Heavy Oil Recovery Agent. It is generally defined as having an API (American Petroleum Institute) gravity of 10-20 degrees API. These crude oils have viscosities ranging from the 1,000’s to over 1,000,000 cp at reservoir conditions. This tremendously elevated viscosity means that it has a very high resistance to flow, even in a reservoir with high permeability formation rock.

AntiPro EP-3M is a very low foaming surfactant system that is readily soluble in 50% Caustic Soda solutions without the need for prolonged mixing or heating. In addition, it is also stable in mineral acids including hydrochloric, phosphoric and nitric acids.

Anionic surfactants are negatively charged materials that are available in a variety of chemical types. The main classes being alkyl ether sulfates, alkyl sulfates, alkylbenzene sulfonates, alpha olefin sulfonates, phosphate esters. They are used in a wide range of applications where they provide useful characteristics including, emulsification, solubilisation, wetting, detergency, dispersion and foaming.

Pecomul 300™ is an invert mud emulsifier and wetting agent comprised of secondary emulsifiers for diesel based drilling fluids systems.

GILSON 365™ is a natural gilsonite with ash content less than 1.1%. It is used for filtrate loss control and gives excellent shale control and stability while drilling. Because GILSON 365™ has a large molecular weight distribution and a high molecular weight, the softening point is high compared to other types of polymers, which allows it to soften or deform as it nears its softening point instead of completely melting into a low-viscosity liquid. Even when GILSON 365TM is 20 degrees above its softening point, it is still a high-viscosity liquid.

OC-390™ is recommended as rheological additive in oil based fluids and drilling muds. It is suitable for use in low aromatic oils and synthetic solvents. In addition to imparting excellent rheological properties, OC-390™ increases the carrying capacity and hole cleaning capabilities of the mud. Additionally, temperature and emulsion stability will be increased and fluid loss decreased.
