Polyplastics Group Topas® 9903D-10 is a very low glass transition temperature (T g =33°C) film extrusion grade. It is designed to deliver high shrinkage at low temperatures in shrink packaging applications. It is a moderate clarity amorphous resin with high stiffness, moisture barrier, chemical resistance, thermoformability and purity for food and general purpose applications. It is used in blends in monolayer products, and alone or in blends in multilayer films. It can be used in both cast and blown film processes. The leading film applications are shrink films and labels. For property enhancement at elevated temperatures, higher glass transition temperature (Tg) grades of TOPAS are recommended. Due to the low glass transition temperature of this grade, shipment and storage of pellets at room temperature or below is strongly recommended.

WellsFlam - Flame Retardant can be added to a polymer to improve its fire resistance properties by increasing the materials ignition temperature, reducing flame propagation speeds and reducing smoke emissions.

Natur-Tec® BF7003 is a range of fully biodegradable and compostable polymer resin compounds designed for film extrusion and use in flexible plastic applications. It is produced using proprietary technologies and is intended to provide alternatives to conventional plastics. Natur-Tec® resins are engineered for high performance and can be easily processed on conventional manufacturing equipment. Natur-Tec® BF700Z meets the requirements of international standards for compostable plastics such as ASTM D6400 (U.S.), EN 13432, ISO 17088 and AS4736. It is certified 100% compostable by the Biodegradable Products Institute (BPI), TUVAustria, (OK Compost) and Australian Bioplastics Association (ABA). Itochu Plastics LDD2021F is a general purpose liner resin for thin gage applications requiring good drawdown and excellent toughness for blown and cast film extrusion.

Barbier Group Barbier Group Automatic Blown Pre Stretched Film PES A 7µm is an easy-use product, already stretched requiring little stretching effort during its application and providing good load stabilization. This film has folded and oscillate-wound edge, giving it a high resistance in both directions as well as a better winding. This product can be used on wrappers with a simple mechanical brake. It reduces film consumption by 50% and the same proportion of waste involved.

Sidh Masterbatches Black Master Batch S505 provide economical coloring & improve the U.V. stability & weathering properties in polyolofin applications. It offers a wide range of economy series to special blacks covering applications like ducts & water pipes, rotomoulding, films down to 20 microns, injection moldings & compounding. Black Master Batch S30 SBP 2710 has 25% of Carbon Black Content. The carbon loading percentage ranges from 25% to 50% and has good dispersion in the polymer base. For maximum U.V. protection, the final product should contain 2.5% of carbon black and accordingly, the let down ratio depending on the percentage of carbon black.

Moretec® 1018CN by Prime Polymers is commonly used as Film Resin for a variety of applications.

SPARKLE SILVET 790-30-E1 is a coarse particle size, high sparkle, aluminum pigment produced in pellet form to reduce the potential for generating airborne particles and to improve ease of handling.
